This tiny-house has a living room with kitchenette, a luxurious shower with toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the floor. Terrace with outdoor shower. Optionally, the hot tub can be booked for 40 euros for max 2 consecutive evenings. Every new guest gets clean water in the hot tub! The Veluwe with many cycling and hiking routes is about 1 km away. Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.

You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of Deventer's oldest houses? In my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621) there is fortunately much of the history in tact; the high front room, the low old ribs on the 1st floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is on a quiet street a stone's throw from the IJssel and the best restaurants Deventer owns.

A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
