Deze, in de natuur gelegen, helft van een boerderij (85m2) heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen. Het appartement is volledig prive met eigen ingang en parkeerplaats en is ingericht met een ruime zitgedeelte en een luxe keuken. De hele woning heeft vloerverwarming. De keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser, oven, koelkast en inductie kookplaat. Er is een prachtige badkamer aanwezig met tweede toilet. De slaapkamer bevat een boxspring. In de privé schuur is stroom aanwezig voor de fiets.

In een schilderachtige omgeving aan de rivier de IJssel, op slechts 15 minuten rijden van het historische Deventer, verwelkomt ons zomerhuisje je met open armen. De eenvoudige, maar comfortabele inrichting zorgt voor een ontspannen ambiance, perfect om even helemaal tot rust te komen.

The apartment (80 m2) features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. It is located in the old city center of Deventer on the Brink and at the historic Waag. The spacious gallery opens out to the apartment. On the 1st floor there is a private balcony. Deventer is characterized by the cozy small streets, old buildings, boutique shops and many restaurants, all within walking distance.

We would like to welcome you on the beautiful Landgoed Sterrebosch in the newly built barn. It includes 6 double rooms (21 m2) with private sanitary facilities. From here there are many starting options, e.g. hiking/ cycling along the IJssel, a day in the Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. Our vacation home is suitable for couples and families (with children). It is a beautiful rural holiday home with lots of beautiful hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities. A place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
