Huge 4BD Historic Detroit Home

A beautiful homes. This is a 4 bd, 4 bath historic home in one of the most beautiful, one of a kind neighborhoods. Unfortunately not for events, or parties larger than 8 people. Woodbridge is in Midtown, and a mile from Detroit's finest sights, art, and stadiums. We have been in Greece for a few years. We started the journey to lend a hand during the Syrian refugee crisis, and found it also to be a wonderful place to raise our boys. You are helping make this happen, and we are grateful!

Our home has three bedrooms and one swing bedroom (Murphy bed so can be a bedroom or private office). We also have two pull-out queen sofa beds. The backyard is fully fenced. My beautiful home is on a beautiful tree-lined street of 1940 era bungalows in Sunset Park neighborhood off Main St. The Detroit Zoo, bike rentals, Holiday Market and Starbucks are all walking distance from my home. The Wendland Park is just behind my street. A private shortcut out of my neighborhood to get to the service drive for I-696 in about 2 minutes, perfect for airport, hospitals, automotive facilities and any other work destination! Restaurants, bakeries and bars walkable.
