Wir (Armin(67), Heidi (61) und Waltraud (84) wohnen in einem 2-Familienhaus m. 50 qm Dachwohnung in einem Stadtteil von Bielefeld und doch sehr zentral. Bäcker, Zahnarzt, Restaurant, Eisdiele, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark und ein großer Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem "Bus" seid ihr in 17 Minuten in der City am Bahnhof am Boulevard mit seinen Kinos, Kneipen und Restaurants. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist sehr gut (ca. 7 Min.). Ein kostenloser Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

In fußläufiger Entfernung ist vieles zu erreichen: Die Kunsthalle, Oetkerhalle, der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt. Auch die Uni befindet sich in der Nähe. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Externsteinen oder dem Hermanns-Denkmal. Wanderer können direkt von hier den Hermansweg zu Fuß erreichen. Wir geben gern viele Tipps, Tolle Weinlokale, kleine Cafés und Bistros befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe

Experience Bad Salzuflen with all its charm: Our Loft apartment is on the top floor of our 100 year old three-story house and decorated with lots of love. It has its own little kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Our spacious apartment comes with two beds: One 140x200cm bed in the separate bedroom + one cosy bed right under the rooftop 140x200cm, accessible via a ladder High-Speed WLAN is included. Due to the historic old stairwell this apartment is not suitable for disabled people.

Waldstübchen

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

Das 1895 erbaute Haus wurde 2015 von uns kernsaniert und voll modernisiert. Wir sind eine sehr nette HsGemeinschaft , insgesamt leben 4 Parteien im Haus. Wir wohnen selber auch im EG, Tür an Tür sozusagen und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet und wenn etwas fehlen sollte, oder eine Waschmaschine benötigt wird, können wir mit allem helfen.

It's about a ten-minute walk to the train station, only two minutes to the nearest bus stop and just a five-minute walk to the city centre. The Hochschule für Musik is about 15 minutes' walk away and the theatre is just around the corner (650 m).
