Monthly Rentals in Desert Road

Great place with a good feel to it. Beautiful gardens. Perfect location for a few days fishing on the Tongariro river just 50m away. The outstanding Hare & Copper Eatery is just round the corner for dinner. Beds and bedding were all super comfortable. Would definitely book again. Thank you Jocelyn for being an excellent host.

Awesome place to stay, kudos to the host who made made our stay so lovely by frequently checking on us, this is one of the few air bnbs we have stayed out of our country where the host actually came down and gave us a surprise visit to check on us if everything was ok, always picks up our call and replies our message on air bnb on our queries. Sally, we loved your house, your toys and reading material for our kids, everything in your home was great and the trickling snow outside made it all the more memorable, your directions to your place was also spot on and easy to follow! I would recommend this host and her house to anyone at any given time without a single hesitation or doubt!

beautiful cottage and very warm, really enjoyed our stay

Excellent communications from Ylva from the start. The house is very clean, organised and comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the fireplace due to the cooler weather. Ylva & Jon also provided complementary amenities such as coffee, tea, milk,. cereal and fruits. There is some road noise as the house is located off the Main highway but it did not disturb our sleep or cause any issues for us. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. and thank you to both Ylva & Jon for your hospitality!
