Great pool home located 5 minutes from launch ramp. Shopping and food is 5 minutes or less away and the heart of the beautiful city and the London Bridge is also just a few short minutes away. Great place to stay at Lake Havasu! Room for boat, RV, and plenty of parking. This home is newly renovated. Lots and lots of room for all your family and friends. Great deal, save money, and stay in this easy neighborhood. We have caretakers close by to help. You will not get a better place when you want lake time and just enjoying Havasu! Also great for snowbirds and Wintertime activities at beautiful Lake Havasu City!
