Vacation rentals with a patio in Derry and Strabane

Really enjoyed our stay here, hosts were great and gave us all the necessary information, also just a message away if we needed anything. The apartment is very clean, spacious and bright and had everything we could ask for. We wanted somewhere close to Altnagelvin Hospital and it was ideal. We were on foot and found lots to see and do within walking distance - shopping, sightseeing, eating out etc. The EuroSpar is conveniently located less than a minute walk away. Would happily stay here again!

The ground floor appartment was beautifully equipped and very cosy. All was as described in the listing. The location is close to the town and we found a really great restaurant "The Banks". Only there for one night, so no great opportunity to explore the town or local area.

Only stayed one night unfortunately but the place was spacious and comfortable and was in a great location on the boardwalk so restaurants and old town etc all within easy walking distance. Anna was really helpful and responded instantly to any communication and was able to provide recommendations for this to do even for such a whirlwind visit. Would highly recommend.

Kate’s air bnb was just as she described, perfect location within walking distance of the city, parking on street outside. The house is beautifully decorated full of character and charm, also clean and tidy. A nice touch was the thoughtful sacks left for us, much appreciated. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend 🥰

Location was perfect to not be in the middle of the chaos but close enough that it was a 10-15 min walk to anything you wanted to see in Derry. They kept the place clean and very organized. Location was great and peaceful. Host always responded quickly and was very helpful.

Very cute little house inside. We were so happy to be able to wash clothes. There was a little welcome basket full of snacks and wine which was very thoughtful. Sometimes harder to find parking as the lot stayed pretty full. Overall we recommend.

Cosy, comfortable, and contemporary cottage that was festively decorated for Christmas, making it the perfect place for us to stay during Christmas week. Additionally, our host was considerate, ensuring the heating and lights were on for our arrival after a long journey, and was very quick to respond to any messages we happened to send over the week.

My husband and I along with our two children stayed for 5 days at the cottage. It was a beautiful, quaint cottage with absolutely stunning views. We managed to catch sight of the sunrise one morning around 6am which was just gorgeous. A very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Our children loved staying by the sea and playing on the shore by the lighthouse. Emma and Stephen were great hosts, very pleasant and fantastic communication. We'll definitely be back :-)

It was very pleasant to stay in the apartment which the owner really takes care of. Everything was working fine and all the necessary things were there. It was very nice to meet Pete at check in. The flat was clean, spacious and quiet. The area is just by the river, very atmospheric. Thank you very much.

I recently stayed at this one-bedroom apartment in Derry and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and perfect for a single tenant or a couple. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the bed itself was surprisingly comfortable. The living area had a cozy feel, with a small but functional kitchen that included all the essentials—ideal for anyone who prefers cooking at home. The location was a major plus. Situated just a short walk from the city centre, it was easy to access shops, cafés, and public transport. It’s also close to some great walking routes along the River Foyle, which was a bonus. The building was quiet and secure, and the neighbours were friendly but kept to themselves. The landlord was responsive and easy to deal with, which made the whole rental process smooth from start to finish. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located home in Derry.

We had a superb stay in beautiful Derry. I would highly recommend Derry as the perfect city break and it definitely has to be my Favourite city in Ireland now. Our accommodation couldn’t be better and once we parked our car We didn’t start it for 3 days. Everything was walking distance from Gareth’s place and the historical importance of where it is made It more special. We were immersed in history while at the same time Enjoying a vibrant friendly and architecturally interesting city. We had a memorable few days.

Fabulous property which has a great blend of the old and new. Great character in the accommodation, very comfortable and perfect for our trip. A short walk into town and £5 in a taxi back. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you would need for a short or longer trip. I would happily return to this property. An excellent find.
