Waterfront vacation rentals in Derry and Strabane

Only stayed one night unfortunately but the place was spacious and comfortable and was in a great location on the boardwalk so restaurants and old town etc all within easy walking distance. Anna was really helpful and responded instantly to any communication and was able to provide recommendations for this to do even for such a whirlwind visit. Would highly recommend.

Pearse's apartment was a lovely place to stay for a few days. It was ideally located for us in the center of Derry. I loved the view of the Foyle and Peace Bridge. He was very helpful in providing extra bedding and answering our questions. We really appreciated the milk, tea bags and other food he'd left for us. We enjoyed our visit very much.

We felt right at home. The condo had a beautiful view of the river and the city across the river! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it for visitors.

Just a superb stay for a weekend away! That view from very comfortable seats will stay with us for a long time. Very quiet - even for a weekend.

Emma's place is really nice and cosy. It is located in a really handy location, and lots of Derry is well within walking distance. It was also great to have a parking space nearby, especially since the apartment is also in a good location for getting on the road to some of the scenic places nearby.

This apartment is perfectly situated right in the heart of Derry. There is cheap parking using the JustPark app nearby, a Tesco and lots of bars and eateries within walking distance. The City Walls, Guild Hall and Peace Bridge are all within 5 minutes. Comfortable beds and great wifi a bonus.

This a great place to stay whilst enjoying the sites of Derry. It is in a perfect location and it is a lovely and comfortable place to stay.

Our stay at Shanes place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean through, warm and comfortable. Shane was very responsive and checked in on us a few times during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend the house to friends.

I had a wonderful stay in Chip's place. Kevin is a wonderful host..Chip is a very friendly little girl. she really stole my heart. Kevin made me feel very welcome. such an interesting, well travelled man. His home is very tastefully decorated with lots of unique pieces. I'm not sure whether it was the great chat, tasty coffee or the super comfy bed, but I had the best sleep in a long time. thank you Kevin and Chip. take care. I hope to see you again soon.

Kevin is an absolutely incredible and friendly host who made my stay much better! He also gave me lots of tips for the city, recommended restaurants & events and stuff which I enjoyed during my stay. Highly recommended :)

Brain was great! Easy checkin and he had lots of great info on the local area. The place was out back of his house but still felt private and secluded. Clean and everything we needed.

It was very pleasant to stay in the apartment which the owner really takes care of. Everything was working fine and all the necessary things were there. It was very nice to meet Pete at check in. The flat was clean, spacious and quiet. The area is just by the river, very atmospheric. Thank you very much.

Stayed here over Easter and it is just amazing! Absolutely spotless, had everything we needed with 3 children with us. 1 of them is a baby and the travel cot was in the bedroom ready as well as a highchair which is so helpful saved room in the car! The view from the apartment over the river foyle is absolutely beautiful and the balcony is an added bonus. Smart tv in the living room which is great when travelling with kids. Bed were super comfortable which doesn’t happen often in air bnbs I find! Short walk to city centre but plenty of shops and restaurants right at the property. Elaine and Kane were excellent hosts check in information was straight forward. The apartment heat is controlled by the hosts and it was the perfect temperature the whole time. Can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing view and fab location. Walk to town in 15mins via the river. Restaurants and cafe downstairs offered brilliant options. The flat was exactly as in photos was not disappointed, if anything it was bigger then expected. Host gave clear instructions to check in, parking and checking out. No issues so no cause to contact him during the stay. Will definitely stay again when we return to Derry and have already recommended to family and friends

Jennifer's apartment was clean, comfortable and well furnished. It had everything you would need for a great stay. Milk and some lovely shortbread provided so you can have a cuppa on arrival. The views from all the windows are amazing. Loved having the balcony to sit on and watch the world go by. The location is perfect to explore Derry. A short walk from all the attractions. There are restuarants and shops minutes from the apartment. Just fantastic. Loved every minute. We hope to return soon and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks Jennifer.
