Our cottage is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Rhön. From the large garden you have a great view of the surrounding hills, valleys and the elevations of the western Thuringian Forest. The village you overlook is about 500 m away. Directly behind the house begins a forest with a hiking trail that leads around the "Nebel" as well as to hiking huts. At night you will be visited by deer, rabbits, bats, fireflies and an owl. Otherwise, you won't hear anything.

The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Konrad-Zuse town of Hünfeld. It is located 500m to an outdoor swimming pool and 400m to the recreation park Haselsee. The city center of Hünfeld with its cafes, shops and restaurants can be reached by the Bürgerpark in about 15 minutes on foot. The nearby Rhön with its biosphere reserve as well as the ski and toboggan arena at the Wasserkuppe can be reached in about 35 minutes. Fulda can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with a view or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

A historical clay house renovated with natural materials with modern comfort and heating in Tann sourrounded by beautiful nature. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also fireplace available. Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It consists of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
