Mom's Dream/Comforts of home/5 beds/4 bedrooms

My Mom's dream was to run a Bed and Breakfast at her lake cottage in Michigan, but health prevented this. This is my former Cincinnati home where I want to host and serve guests in her honor. (sorry it's not a cottage on the lake) I hope I can be as accommodating as my sweet mom would have been. My ranch home is on a cul de sac outside the city limits. It doesn't have a lot of fancy updates, but is clean and super comfy. Walk to Graeter's ice cream and Putt putt. Close to stores, parks and more.
