It consists of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and a 40 m2 living room with large bay windows. On the right side of the house, you will find a master bedroom with shower room and toilet, and on the left side, a toilet, a shower room and 3 double bedrooms. Wood-burning stove. Between Saumur and Doué-la-Fontaine, come and rest in the countryside, in a troglodyte environment, surrounded by flowers. Very touristy region: close to the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, troglodytes, vineyards, castles. The Cadre Noir of Saumur, sparkling wines, banks and landscapes of the Loire, charming villages. We will be happy to host you in our cottage, an old house from 1824 (semi-troglo) in tuffeau stone completely renovated.
