A welcoming green oasis on the erge of the city

Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

During the summer, the spaces are wonderfully cool and cozy during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance ( 5 min.) from the station ( train + bus). The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.
