The house is perfect for families of 4 people looking for tranquility while staying close to shops and tourist sites. A free parking street and paid public parking are close by.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The Gîte de la Cale in Chalonnes-sur-Loire is a refurbished accommodation with all modern comforts, you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, shaded terrace, plancha. The colors have been chosen so that you can find the atmosphere of the Loire. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds of 90 cm or 1 king size bed of 180 cm. At the edge of the docks, you can board canoes to sail or aboard a gabarot to learn from boatmen.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Fully renovated cottage in a farmhouse that we live in We offer a fully renovated and newly equipped cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Angers, for 4 to 6 people. Two suites: 1 bedroom and its bathroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom and its bathroom with 2 beds that can become a large bed when brought together. The sofa bed can also easily be unfolded in the living room.
