Vacation rentals in Dendrochori

This is an amazing place to spend a week in, if you like mountain scenery, walking around a beautiful scenic village with stone build houses, and eating in many great restaurants local delicacies. Also, skiing was great as we were lucky with the snowfall, and the centre is 25 minutes away. The place itself is very cute, has all the amenities including a really good sauna we used every day, a beautiful stone fire place and all the amenities we needed as a group of six, including a lot of board games. Margarita is a super responsive host, who provided fantastic local information and sorted out any issues and questions we had. Highly recommended, we are thinking of coming back next year!

We spend a night there with a group of six friends to explore the surrounding mountains and villages. The check in/out was very easy, plenty space for parking, heating was on when we arrived so we got into a very warm house. Nice extra was the welcoming tsipouro (local drink). We loved the fireplace, the views from the big windows, and the traditional atmosphere and decorations of the house. The top room was also very beautiful. WiFi worked very well. Overall, everything went well as expected.

Majlinda was a great host. She and her husband were very kind and helpful, they gave perfect support on every request. The location of the house is great and close to everything from shops to equipped beaches and free ones.

The house was very beautiful and had well-detailed furnitures. It gave a feeling of a warm home. The parents gave instructions about everything and were very welcoming and friendly. We had the best time,and would book it again for the experience.

We loved our stay for 2 months this summer and Jetmir is an amazing and very helpful host! It was a lovely place, fully equipped and the most comfortable bed we ever slept on. It is a very peaceful, beautiful, quiet place. We cook our own meals mostly and the kitchen was well equipped for a short or long stay. Internet was great and fast. People are friendly and there is so much beauty all around so we enjoyed our daily walks so close to the beach, canals, boardwalk with mountain and Lake views so nearby. A great spot for high season Europe away from huge crowds. Lots of great restaurants all around and so many fun swans and ducks. One of our favorite airbnb places of all time and we will be back and send our friends here too! Jetmir also helped us with transportation from Tirana to Lake Ohrid onto Montenegro for our next location. Fantastic host and place!!

Through people like Kristina, our rather only Albanian-speaking, very hospitable hostess, who is supported at any time and wonderfully by an English-speaking daughter from the background (if necessary), you get to know the "country and people" and real conditions as a curious tourist in a great way. If you want that (like us). The small garden, complete tranquility, pomegranates from the tree, babbling brook, chicken clucking, good fish restaurant tips … even without a luxury kitchen we had intense, special and very relaxing days there at Lake Ohrid.
