Family-friendly vacation rentals in Den Oever

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Top accommodatie. Voldoet volledig aan de wensen voor een prettig verblijf.

Es war richtig gut und wunderschön – wir konnte uns super erholen! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt war total unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder:)) Der Whirlpool ist schon ein Highlight!

absolute aanrader! De tiny house is rustig gelegen en omringd door prachtige natuur, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Jurjen en Barbara zijn ook een hele fijne en vriendelijke host.

Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen familieweekend in een prachtig huis met heerlijke tuin gehad. Genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om te ontspannen en van alle gemakken voorzien.

What a fun experience! And what a terrific host! In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. To say we got to stay on a houseboat in Amsterdam is always going to be a fun memory! But note, it is definitely a boat. You must be fully able bodied to access the boat and get around comfortably inside. The kitchen is suitable for snacks. And as with most European AirBnBs, bring your own bath products.

Wir wurden sehr nett mit einem Gastgebergeschenk in Empfang genommen. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und sehr gute schriftliche Beschreibungen von Supermärkten auch schnell erreichbare Ärzte und sogar notfall Tierärzte wurden aufgelistet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und konnte mit meinem Mann eine wundervolle Zeit haben.! :)

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at the Farm with Patries and Mike! We had the most amazing time staying at Patries and Mike’s farm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. Patries and Mike are truly exceptional hosts – warm, generous, and full of heart. You can feel how much love and care they put into their place and into every guest they welcome. The farm itself is a little slice of paradise. Surrounded by nature, animals, and peace, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, slow down, and reconnect with what really matters. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds – and especially the proud rooster announcing each new day with great enthusiasm! There’s a real sense of authenticity and warmth here that’s hard to put into words – you simply have to experience it. Thank you, Patries and Mike, for opening your hearts and your home to us. We left with full hearts, new inspiration, and the feeling that we had just spent time with old friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir haben uns bei Kim gleich zuhause gefühlt. Kim ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. In der Wohnung mangelt es an nichts. Alles ist vorhanden. Wir sind zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und ein kleiner Hund- der Platz reicht ;-) Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne 14 Tage hier verbracht und alles ist wie beschrieben.Sehr netter Kontakt ,Martijn ist immer erreichbar falls nötig und sehr hilfsbereit.Ein tolles Willkommenspaket hat auf uns gewartet,wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da.

What a hidden gem of a place, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. We had the most relaxing weekend staying in Astrid’s home from home

Sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Hinter dem Haus gibt es eine sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheit mit freiem Blick über das Feld auf Pinjum. Die Treppe ist sehr steil, wie überall in Holland, aber die Schlafkoje ist gemütlich mit kleinem Fenster und schönem Ausblick. Die Pflanzen und Tiere auf dem Gelände laden zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein.

Annet war eine sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin; antwortet schnell und gibt sehr konkrete Anweisungen. Hat alles super einfach funktioniert. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in ihrem süßem Häusschen mit gut ausgestattetem Garten, nah an den Dünen und dem Strand.

Bij Wendela en Martin heb je een heerlijk rustig (privé) plekje. Zij wonen zelf aan de weg, maar achter hebben zij een huisje gebouwd met alles erop en eraan. Ook een eigen terras waar het 's avonds heerlijk vertoeven was. Wendela en Martin zijn heel vriendelijk, hartelijk ontvangst met heerlijke aardbeien en koud drinken in de koelkast. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft goede bedden en een lekkere douche. Wij zochten een onderkomen omdat onze zoon meedeed aan de Ironman 70.3 en dan is deze plek zeker een aanrader. Maar ook is het een goede uitvalsbasis om mooie fietstochten te maken. Wij hebben dan ook een aantal heerlijke dagen gehad.

Heerlijk plekje om te verblijven. We voelde ons gelijk thuis. Wat een hoop lekkere plekjes om te zitten en de inrichting is helemaal leuk. Daarnaast een mooie omgeving tuin en veel privacy. Ik heb heerlijk geslapen in de bedstee (wij noemden het de bruidsschat vanwege de leuke gordijntjes). En ook leuk dat we de fietsen konden gebruiken!

Geweldige locatie. Op loopafstand van Cocksdorp. Aan de rand van het park, daardoor een mooi uitzicht en rust. Met de auto goed bereikbaar. Drie badkamers, dus goed voor groepen (in ons geval drie gezinnen) en toch privacy en eigen plek.

Leuke, mooi onderhouden, gemoedelijke camping. De hosts zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben 3 sonnige Tage erwischt. In 20/30 Minuten war man mit den vorhandenen Rädern im Städtchen oder am See. Es war sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber haben den Innenhof sehr schön begrünt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This was a real special find! The 3 days we spent in Zeewold were amazing. We had a group of 10 friends, and we had a great time at this unique mansion. Everything was ready for us, the house is fantastic, the surroundings are very unique, the place is comfortable, quiet, with lots of home feelings. We were able to cook inside, ride the boat, play in the garden. We were a bit apprehensible because we were organizing this for a large group, with people coming from many countries, and we had never been to Zeewold before. Yet, the hosts helped out with clear information and sending all the details we needed. Not related to the house itself, but the Asian restaurant nearby is amazing (very recommended) and the city is close by for dinner, online orders and shopping. Two things we heard from people in the group: "when we came back next year..." and "this house is already our house, let's reserve it now!" So, looks like we will be back next year! Thank you!

Onze eerste airbnb ervaring en beter kan niet. Het verblijf is perfect. Mooi, ruim, netjes, schoon en alle benodigdheden én meer zijn aanwezig. Duidelijke en snelle reacties bij vragen. Volgend jaar weer!
