A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

The French doors lead you to a nice terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoors. As an additional option, you can opt for a breakfast or cheese board consisting of organic local products

You are welcome in our cozy apartment which is very central in the north of the Netherlands. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the city of Groningen. The Westerkwartier is characterized by the beautiful scenery. The provinces of Drenthe and Friesland are just around the corner. In a half hour drive you will find the Lauwersmeer area from where the boat leaves for Schiermonnikoog. The price per night is without breakfast. For €15 p.p. and you can book a delicious farmer's breakfast.
