Vacation rentals in Demre

This place is every bit a peace of heaven! Senol and his wife Susie have created a magical experience in the mountains off the Mediterranean coast. This amazingly private property has the perfect pool and the views and sunsets are spectacular. If you want to relax but still be in driving distance of many well kown ancient sites and amazing beaches, this is the place to be. Senol is a great communicator and extremely helpful in general. He made reservations for us in 2 "off the beaten track" local restaurants that we loved! We will be back!

This was the second time we have stayed in this apartment and we would definitely stay there again as the location and facilities are excellent! The apartment is well maintained and has everything you need both for a short term or long term stay. However, communication with the host rental agency could be improved: the replies to our inquiries both via AirBnb and messenger were slow and sometimes we didn't receive any answers to our questions at all. In any case, both Kaş and this apartment are always worth a visit and we look forward to coming back and enjoying them!

Konaklama gerçekten çok güzeldi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi ve her konuda bize en iyi şekilde yardımcı olabilmek için çaba gösterdi. Birçok konuda bize esneklik sağladı ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şeyde hemen yardımcı oldu. Konaklama oldukça temizdi ve özellikle jakuzisi harikaydı. Maalesef hava çok iyi değildi ve havuzda vakit geçiremedik, ancak buna rağmen çok huzurlu zaman geçirdik. Burası, kafa dinlemek ve sessiz bir ortamda zaman geçirmek isteyenler için mükemmel bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Mükemmel insanlar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Ev temiz yazılan gibiydi. 2 günlükten ziyade daha uzun konaklama yapılmasını öneririm uzaktan gelenler için ne oldugunu anlayana kadar geçiyor zaman saklıkente çok yakın market konusunda çok uzakta değil tavsiye ederim.

Ev, plaja yürüme mesafesindeydi ve site içerisindeydi. Plajdaki cafenin yemeklerinin fiyatları uygundu ve akşam yemeklerimiz için iyi bir fırsat oldu. Hatta plajda güneşlenirken soğuk bir şeyler içme fırsatı verdi ki bu da oteldeymişiz gibi bir hissiyat yarattı. Mutfak araçları yeterli, çarşaflar temizdi. Bahçeden daha iyi yararlanmak için vantilatör olsa belki orada daha çok vakit geçirebilirdik. 2 çocuk toplam 6 kişi konakladık. Belki oturma odasında bir berjerin olması yararlı olabilirdi. Ama fiyat performansa baktığımızda yürüme mesafesinde özel plaj, temizlik ile bence çok iyiydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle telefonun hep ucunda olup bize her konuda yardımcı olan Kadir Beye teşekkür ederiz.

Моя семья провела в квартире 2 недели. Это было очень приятное время! Квартира небольшая, но просторная. Нам вчетвером было комфортно. Из окон видно море. Вокруг дома фруктовый сад со всем разнообразием средиземноморских деревьев. Гамака мы не нашли и садовая мебель уже не похожа на фото, но это не испортило впечатлений. Прекрасная терраса, на которой круглосуточно вас будет освежать приятный ветерок. Рекомендуем это жилье, тем, кто любит загородную расслабленную атмосферу. Лучше приезжать сюда на машине. Тогда для вас не будет проблемой добраться до пляжей, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Рядом с домом есть песчаный пляж с долгим заходом в воду, галечный пляж, можно доехать до красивых бухт и Каша, Калкана. В местном порту мы встретили множество огромных черепах. Рынок в Демре работает ежедневно. Там вы найдёте фрукты, овощи, морепродукты. Хозяева очень предупредительны и отзывчивы! Всегда были на связи и решали возникшие вопросы быстро. Спасибо!

Ayhan’s place was remarkable, as is Kas. Highly recommend staying here as he has a wonderful view with balcony and a great kitchen for those looking to cook or make their stay a little more homey. The walk into town was quite short, but was on a hill. Beware that the location is at the top of a steep hill and has many steps, but it’s worth it if you are not afraid of a little exercise!
