Vacation rentals with a patio in Demre

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

I have visited Fethiye a few times before but honestly think it is the best place we have ever stayed. The host (Deniz) is super friendly, easy to reach and proactive. The space was in a pristine condition, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and close to the shops places. I will definitely come back to this place next time I am in Fethiye. Highly recommended.

The house is located in a quiet and tranquil location. It should be considered that it will be necessary to drive to the center of Kaş. The items were new and handy. She was very responsive to the needs. The cleanliness of the house was perfect. Ms. Meltem and her husband have strong communication and make every effort to help. We really enjoyed our stay at Turfan's place. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed and had lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a very short walk. The apartment was on a quiet side-street, just off a main road and was entirely self-contained. Check-in was easy via a lock-box. There was free parking right outside the apartment.

Mr. Ahmet welcomed us with gulery and sincerely. The house was located overlooking the sea and within walking distance to Akcagerme beach. It was easy to reach the center of Kaş and other beautiful beaches of Kaş by car. The house had all the necessary items for a house. Household items were new and tidy. It met our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kasta.

Staying in this house was great! Great job on cleanliness, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. It's centrally located and very convenient in terms of transportation. The host, Mr. Kadir, was extremely hospitable and helpful, taking care of all our needs. The decor of the house is also very nice and comfortable. Definitely a place I want to stay again!

It was my first vacation organization with my family through Airbnb. Extremely satisfied. The location was perfect. You can reach the sea within a 5-minute walk. The location of the house is a natural, hidden garden. What's more, it's a sparkling pool, like it's all reserved for you. The house is very clean, but the bathroom needs some maintenance. Apart from that, it is definitely necessary to contact the host and ask for a location before reaching the house. The location in the system can take you to a slightly different location. Apart from that, we will take our vacations with such an organization from now on. Extremely economical and the best part is that you use the same sea as UHD resorts... :)

Baris's house is special, an old, very nicely renovated house with an annex and swimming pool. It is tastefully decorated. We particularly liked the furniture made of old wood by a carpenter. Everything is very well maintained and clean. It is conveniently located in a small place, is very quiet and you have your privacy. There are good opportunities for shopping and dining on site. From there, diverse excursions to the surrounding area are possible. By car, you can quickly get to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye. We enjoyed our stay and thank Baris for his hospitality.

This house, where we stayed for a long time, was very peaceful and calm. Mr. Levent was very helpful to us and responded quickly to our questions. We had a very pleasant time where we will extend our holiday even further if we could. Thanks again for everything.

It has its own private parking lot just below the house for your vehicle. You can also benefit from all the amenities of the fullmoon camp located right next to the house. Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very modern and in excellent condition, it is very convenient that you have a car if you also want to visit other places, we had a car and there was no problem for it. Affordable price, I would definitely stay with Eray again.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

I loved visiting Finike, a place with beaches and lots of tranquility to be able to rest, relax and do tourism. The house is beautiful, the apartment is very comfortable, everything new and very clean, I felt like I was in my house. Hasan is a good host and gave me all the directions to both the location and recommendations for places to meet. Beaches nearby, and restaurants with typical quality food and very well priced, the beach is behind the house and you have a boardwalk for bike rides or walking. A quiet area, highly recommended, I definitely have to come back and think about repeating experience. Thank you x everything!!!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰
