Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Delray Beach

Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Nicholas’s place was truly a paradise as described. Nichola is an awesome host, very accommodating and quick to respond or solve any issues which by the way, we had none. We will definitely stay there again. This will be our first choice before looking for another place in West Palm Beach.

Everything was amazing Hosts were amazing. They truly accommodated us with our early arrival. This house was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you can actually smell how clean the entire house is. I saw reviews that others had issues with the construction going on. We had no issues with noise. If you are outside on the pool having a good time, you don’t even know they are there and the house is pretty much sound proof, so you do not hear them while you are inside. I would definitely want to go back. Thank you both for your amazing house

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

Martin's place was the perfect spot for a beach vacation with my girlfriend and kids. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the beach by car, 15 minutes by bike (easy ride on flat roads with bike lanes everywhere). It was a fantastic home base to come back to after sitting out in the sun. The large screened-in back patio was a lovely place to relax either in the hot tub or on the lounge chairs. The Ninja electric BBQ was awesome too, and the Star Wars themed room was a fun touch!

Michael was very friendly and accommodating during the whole stay. Great location. Perfect weekend getaway.

This was our 3rd year staying. Great location, 3 miles from the beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Greg is a great host, always attentive to all your needs. Can’t wait to be back next year, already booked.

Get exactly what you pay for. Gatormom was so kind and understanding. Helped us out in every way possible. Super clean and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. Wonderful place to stay would 100% come back no brainer.

Apartment is as described. Clean and no insects which isn’t always true in the south. All beds were comfortable. Master is more firm and the queen was softer. Living room furniture was good as was the dinette. Kitchen has sufficient items for cooking meals. There were items for the beach including cart, towels, snorkels, floaties and toys. Outside grill was used once which was nice to have. (It’s did take awhile to heat up.) Walk to the beach was easy, although ones does need to cross 4 lanes of traffic, but there wasn’t much when we went. The place is located conveniently to beach, scuba diving, restaurants and such. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! We appreciate the way Roman helped us with questions and items! You will not regret booking here!

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

This is my 2nd time staying at a Matthew & Group property and from now on I will be checking their properties first. The property looks just like the photos. Full kitchen, the bed was a pillow top with with big down (i think) heavy pillows (my favorite). There is a fenced in deck with 2 seats and a table…good for coffee in the AM or nice in the evening for wind down time. The wooden fence makes it feel very private. The location is great; anything you could possibly want/need is no more than 10 min away by car, and I felt very safe. I will say for a side street tho there was a lot of car traffic, but the neighborhood itself was very nice and quiet. Matthew & the other hosts are very communicative and friendly and helpful about everything! You know they care cos they asked me before I left if I noticed anything to be repaired and i mentioned the closet door sticks and before I drove away a handyman was already in the apartment to fix it. Definitely a great place to stay!

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

My friend and I stayed at Nadine's cute condo for the perfect getaway weekend. Nadine was a wonderful host and super responsive/helpful before, throughout, and after our stay. The condo was a perfect fit for our vacation and for two girls, I would say we felt very safe and comfortable staying here. You can't beat the location at all, we walked everywhere!! Every day we walked to the beach, for breakfast, and dinner. It is the best spot to be in if you want good access to the beach and Atlantic Ave. We were able to check in early and head right over to the beach first thing in the morning- utilizing the beach chairs and towels for our perfect beach day. The two beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious for all of our belongings. Solid shower with good water pressure and clean towels. There was a brita in the fridge which was super helpful for filling up our water bottles. Overall have no complaints and would gladly stay again, thank you, Nadine!

The facility was beautiful and the condo was equally as nice. Looking forward to booking there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We love coming to Pompano Beach, and this is an ideal play to stay. The condo complex is located right on the intracoastal waterway, and the constant boat traffic going by is entertaining and relaxing. It is a smaller complex and all of the other tenants were friendly and fun to interact with. The ocean and beach are just a couple blocks away, and very easy to walk to. We are "pool people" so we spent our time on the sundeck/dock enjoying the pool area. This unit is the best one in the whole complex. It is located on the second floor (so you do need to be able to climb stairs), but it undoubtedly has the best view of all the units! It is clean and well stocked and in great shape--looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the king bed is comfortable and beach chairs/umbrella/towels are provided. Brian, the host, is very responsive and will take great care of you. We'll be back!

The location was very close to shopping and a few blocks from the downtown area. It was a good size one bedroom apartment big enough for a couple spending a few weeks. The appliances were new and was nice to have an outdoor grill for,our use.
