Alfredo’s place was beautiful, inviting, and decorated well. We loved the area and its proximity to everything you need. Alfredo was very helpful and responsive. We had an issue on the first day, but Alfredo worked with us to resolve. Similar to one of the other guests, we also did have some trouble with the bedroom cable, but it didn’t dampen our stay as waking up in the morning and seeing the view from the balcony while having your coffee or doing some computer work was wonderful. We definitely would love to stay at Alfredo’s place again.

We loved our stay here! The host was very proactive in reaching out and communicating. The home was very clean and had everything we could think to need - will definitely be booking again in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed a three night stay at Middle River (unit 1). Perfect accommodations for an on the go couple. Close to beaches, fishing, and Amerant stadium (go panthers!) Convenient location for exploring the south east coast beaches. We highly recommend staying here. It is four units (side by side) with a pool on the way! The host was very responsive as I requested chairs and towels for the beach and she was able and willing to accommodate us. Which was perfect since we flew in from Pennsylvania. Book it!!

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Excellent spot in a place that is easy to access. Some walkable stores close by, including a Starbucks a few steps away. The apartment is smaller but clean, well thought out and as seen in the pictures. Definitely recommend for value, peacefulness and accessible to getting around. Me and my two boys had a great time here for a few days.

Accommodation as per listing description, spacious suites, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room, all well cleaned and organized in every detail. Proactive and friendly host. Undoubtedly an excellent choice for those looking to spend a few days in Aventura. Quiet region with the Aventura mall very close by.

Liza's place is comfortable enough for two people and has what it takes to spend a few days near the beach. A great advantage of this unit is that it is located on the first floor, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. In addition to the convenience that the place has its own parking lot and Liza is a hostess who is always aware of what you may need.

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Everything was very good, Vanesa was very kind and always attentive to questions The place was just as expected Maybe it's a bit expensive for being on the third floor without an ocean view, but well, it's what was available

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing ocean views. We would stay at any of Ignacio’s properties. He waa extremely helpful through the whole process .

Great place! Clean, amazing location! Walk out the apartment, take the elevator to the lobby, walk 100ft and you are at the pool. Salt water pool at the perfect temperature. Walk another 100ft and you are on the beach! Balcony looks over the pool area and the beach. 10th story so pretty quiet. The only negative was the people on nearby balcony were heavy smokers of cigarettes and weed, and we had to retreat inside a few times. We’ll definitely be back.

Love the beach views from the condo. Back yard is the ocean. The condo is clean and comfortable. If you cook, there’s a gorgeous kitchen, if you don’t, lots of restaurants near by. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed the stay, the host was quick in communication and assisting with any concerns that came up. Amazing location as all the restaurants were in close proximity to the home. We will definitely book again next time we come - Thank You!

wow! I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. Reece and Kay went above and beyond and I'm so thankful!! I really wish I could have stayed longer but was only in town a short time. the homemade mango ice cream they left me in the freezer was incredible!! I am so lucky I booked this place. highly recommend!

Luis’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The photos didn’t do it justice — the space was even more beautiful and welcoming in person. Everything was spotless, stylish, and designed for comfort. The remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, and walk-in closet were gorgeous, and having a pool and pup course right outside the backyard made it feel like a private resort. The location was peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Luis was an outstanding host — super responsive and made sure we had everything for a perfect stay. I can’t wait to book again!

Patrick is an excellent host. The apartment is very conveniently located, and is just as the photos that are published. Very well located. It's a super quiet, safe place. For those who like to walk or run outdoors, the place is amazing. The gym is quite complete and the pool is spectacular. 100% recommended

The location was nice, very close to the beach. Oliver was very accommodating for a few requests we had such as checking in a bit early.
