Absolutely faultless experience. The beautiful house and excellent team of staff exceeded all of our expectations. We were incredibly comfortable in the spacious and beautifully designed and furnished house and gardens. The house managed to combine all of the above whilst allowing us to feel completely ‘at home’. Sunil, the on-site villa manager, was always able to help and guide us with all our needs for transport and excursions etc. Sunil is also a wonderful chef. He cooks with skill but also with love. We felt very well looked after. He and his team kept the villa spotless and were kind and friendly throughout. We hugely appreciated the effort they made to help us celebrate our daughters birthday whilst we were there. Would 100% recommend.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. . The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with blue waters stretching as far as the eye could see. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and watching the sunset from my private balcony made the stay extra special. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light. Every detail, from the quality toiletries to the cozy seating area, was thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort. The staff was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay.

Dilhan and his family welcomed us warmly from the start. We were well looked after and had people to contact around the clock. The apartment is clean and as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the apartment is opposite a very noisy street, but after the first few days this didn't bother us anymore and we were able to sleep well at night in the comfortable beds with earplugs. The apartment also has no hot water, but that didn't bother us at all in 30 degree heat. There is a bus stop right outside the front door from which you can get directly to Ahangama and Mirissa for little money. There is no air conditioning, but there is a powerful fan in every room. We highly recommend the accommodation and really felt very comfortable during our two weeks of stay :)

We had a great stay at shehan’s place… was worth every penny… the pool waa clean and we had the best time there.. the only thing is it is bit old construction and require a little bit of renovation… otherwise perfect overall Thank you shehan would surely recommend

We were blown away by the beauty and serenity of Villa Ovita in Talpe, Sri Lanka. This stunning villa was literally a paradise on earth, surrounded by lush greenery and an incredible array of animals. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in a nature lover's haven. But what truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of our host, Damith. He was incredibly welcoming and kind, and it's clear that he's poured his heart and soul into creating this beautiful oasis. His hard work has paid off, and we felt so grateful to have been able to experience it. We spent our last few days in Sri Lanka at Villa Ovita, and it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. Thank you, Damith, for your exceptional hospitality and for sharing your little slice of paradise with us. We can't recommend Villa Ovita highly enough!

This place is wonderful on so many levels. I stayed for 3 months and it was an absolute delight. Firstly, the villa itself is spacious and spotlessly clean. It has lots of workspace for online working and a fast WiFi. The kitchen has everthing you need and there's a fabulous balcony sheltered by a mango tree, where you can watch the many colourful birds. secondly, what makes this property a delight are Hiran and Malika. They are so kind and treated me like family. During my stay, I had some health problems and they went out of their way to help me. For the majority of time there, I was alone so I felt very safe with Hiran and his wife close by. Thirdly, I requested 3 meals a week for a small price and Malika provided me with the most delicious home cooked food. Amazing! Lasting, the location is great. Walking distance to Galle or short bus ride away. Locally, there's plenty of shops. Thank you Hiran and Malika.

Asela is a great host!!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to help with all issues. We lived in the villa for a whole month. The house is always very clean, cleaning every few days. Convenient location of the house, just 10 minutes by tuktuk to the sea and all the establishments. We are very happy that we ended up here I highly recommend this villa, secluded accommodation surrounded by birds and beautiful nature Also really liked Asela's restaurant, one of the best we have visited! Thank you!
