Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and super helpful with everything. The views and location were truly incredible. I recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

Great place, we had a family get together and we had a very peaceful weekend. There were so many places to hang out between the porches and dock-side area, big living room and huge dining room table. Very tranquil, I was thoroughly pleased with the home!

This guesthouse is situated right on the water in a quiet, private neighborhood that is located close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation. The ambiance is relaxed, and we immediately felt at home. The decor is stylish in the gorgeous kitchen, and the heated bathroom facilities are spacious and accommodating. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the living room faces large windows and a continuous view of the waterfront. We enjoyed our stay in this location and highly recommend this property. We hope to visit again when we are in the area.

Allyson’s home was in a beautiful location. We loved the uniqueness of the home. We came for a music festival and were surprised to find out it was a neighborhood porch festival. The neighbors let us know and invited us to join in the fun - as they had 3 bands playing on Saturday. It was so much fun and gave us a glimpse of the welcoming neighborhood. Now we want to come back next year for PorchFest!

Paul’s place was nothing short of spectacular. Everything was exactly as described. The entire place feels brand new with zero flaws. The property is immaculate and exceptionally maintained. The view of Sunset Lake is amazing especially at sunset. It’s the perfect amount of space for two people and a perfect getaway spot. Paul was very responsive to any questions and left nothing unanswered. He made sure we were good to go with our stay. This place deserves more than five stars if it was possible. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Heather’s place is a little paradise on the water. Peaceful, quiet, and perfect for some real rest and relaxation. The house was exactly as described—spotless, all new, and super comfortable inside, with beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. Annapolis is just a short 25-minute drive away if you’re looking for great food and things to do. Communication with Heather was easy and fast. I’d come back anytime I’m in the area again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The landscaping was beautiful with lots of spring flowers blooming. Super quiet and peaceful location. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. We would 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Megan house! it's obviously an older property but it's well taken care of and well loved. the location was exactly what we were looking for, right on the lake with excellent views, and close enough for adventures in the Ithaca area. the beds were comfy and Roy and Molly have excellent communication and are very clear in their recommendations and requests. we would definitely stay here again.

This place was a perfect get away for me and my husband to celebrate his birthday. He loves to fish- so the private lake just steps away was perfect. It is so peaceful and beautiful and the home is simple but perfect. Appreciate the nice gift basket of goodies/ coffee and creamer and disposable cups! Dennis was super helpful and answered me promptly! We will definitely return- next time for longer!

Absolutely perfect stay during a meaningful and emotional time. We came to this beautiful lakefront Airbnb to celebrate my husband’s birthday after his passing, hoping for peace and comfort—and it was everything we needed. The weather happened to be beautiful, which allowed us to take out the kayaks and fully enjoy the calm and serenity of the lake. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely phenomenal—quiet, breathtaking moments that brought so much peace. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra linens and thoughtful touches throughout. You can tell it’s a family-owned home, filled with warmth and very well taken care of, which made it feel even more special. It was also very family-friendly, making it a perfect fit for all of us and plenty for all to do. We truly appreciated how kind, helpful, and responsive the host was throughout our stay. We’re grateful and hope to return .

Such a cute place, loved it and host was amazing!!

Very nice cabin inside and out. There are houses next to the cabin the pictures don't show it. The stove I'm not sure if I didn't know how to turn it on or if it doesn't work. The outhouse need some ventilation. Other than that everything else was just as I expected from the pictures. I enjoyed the stay. The fireplace is really beautiful and the cabin inside is really cozy and nice. I liked that we were able to use Netflix because it was very windy one day and we stayed inside watching movies by the fireplace really nice. No luck fishing. I recommend this cabin if you like more authentic experience of living in the cabin and Bruce is a good host you really appreciate it.

I cannot say enough about this home. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, this is the place for you. Hosts were extremely helpful & very quick to respond. We got lucky with beautiful weather and got to enjoy the lake but, stargazing in the jacuzzi at night was a perfect touch. We seriously loved every bit of this home and would love to return one day!! The location is fantastic! Cozy lakeside cottage was comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. I got confused with my directions driving there, and when I messaged Ben he called me back within minutes, after hours, to help me find the office for check-in. Ben is a great host and this is a great location if you want to get away for some peace and quiet.

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

We had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. The house was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend especially if you are vacationing with a large group.

We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

Scott’s oasis was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. A lovely and cozy spot. We enjoyed our time there. The memory foam mattress made it hard for us to leave bed, SUPER comfortable lol. I would definitely recommend this place, 10/10.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Carolina was a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our stay at her beach house. The house was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and I couldn't believe how quiet the street was. Thank you Carolina for a fantastic stay and we would definitely book again in the future. One of the nicest Airbnb's we ever stayed at.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! Tony is kind and responsive and really cares that guests have a good experience. The little surprises were great, like new cozy wall to wall carpet downstairs, and plenty of bathrooms to accomodate guests. The decorating touches around the house make it feel warm and inviting. Its a lovely quiet neighborhood in a great location!
