House vacation rentals in Delaware River

This house was spotlessly clean, perfectly organized, and filled with so many games and activities for kids and adults. The backyard was a particular highlight with all of the lights, games, seating, and a fire pit. The hosts provide everything you need to take advantage of the perks of the community lake/beach and more. We had our choice of kayaks, oars, life jackets, rackets, bikes, etc. Wendy was a very accommodating host! We enjoyed our time in the house and in this neighborhood so much that we will be back!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We loved this Airbnb. It was beautiful there and Michael was quick to answer any questions. We did manage to get on the water with the kayaks, so that was great. We will definitely be back.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for one night to get away from the kids, and we were just in Aw. Everything was perfect! All of the themed rooms and the decor throughout the Airbnb were so adorable and great amenities . We got to utilize the hot tub and had an overall wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable too which I don’t always find with most Airbnbs anymore. Would definitely come back for another stay

A truly magical escape. This sacred treehouse was absolutely perfect - peaceful, stunning, and deeply rejuvenating. Rob and Roberta were the kindest, most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. Their warmth made the experience even more special. From sunbathing on the rocks and meditating in the grass, to yoga overlooking the water and cooking local organic meals - every moment was magic. Already planning my return. Thank you, Roberta and Rob!!

This was our second time staying at Stavros’ place with our kids (4 & 6 y.o.). As expected, another 5-star stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded place unwind and enjoy family activities, look no further, this place has it all. While the game room is always a huge hit with the kids (and parents), it’s the surrounding nature that makes this property unmatched. Absolutely stunning grounds, surrounded by forest, 2 ponds and a creek, our family was entertained for hours everyday. The kids caught (and released) fish, tadpoles, salamanders and frogs in the ponds. Splashed and hiked along the creek. And of course, an endless supply of firewood was a plus! Stavros is an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host. Best of any Airbnb host we’ve experienced.

Beautiful property in the best location in Catskills region. Whoever did interior design deserves an award. Definitely recommend and would come back again myself!

We really enjoyed our stay at Olga’s! The design throughout the space is beautiful, and staying on the second floor feels like floating among the trees. It’s also wonderfully private, with great food spots nearby that make the location super convenient.

we had a lovely time at Seth’s cottage by the river. Everything was very well appointed and comfortable. I think the beds were the best I’ve had an Airbnb. There was easy access to new Paltz and kingston. I have no hesitation in recommending Seth’s place.

Ryan was so patient with me since I kind of disregarded the very helpful and useful instructions that was given in the app. He was very pleasant and responsive each time. My husband and I loved the little space we had for a quick one night get away for a wedding. The Abundant Farm was adorable and one of my favorite aspects of the place, was hearing the farm animals in the morning. I don’t get to wake up to cows, chickens and rooster and I woke up with a smile considering the condition I was in after a full night of celebrating. I would highly recommend staying at the Abundant Farm.

Edina and Glen's house was beautiful, spacious, and pristine. It was the perfect setting for a "girls weekend". The grounds were stunning, and made for a great setting. Very close to town, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. We really appreciated that our hosts were very proactive in reaching out and making all instructions clear. They were communicative and flexible. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home! Very memorable weekend.

Beth's place was exactly what was advertised - and what we needed - peaceful and relaxing! The cabin is tastefully decorated, and had everything needed to enjoy our weekend away. The community of Locust Lake is cute and quiet, and is great for taking walks with your family (which included our two dogs). We were so happy that the weather was cool enough to use the wood burning stove all weekend! The bathroom and kitchen had all that we needed when it came to basics of hygiene and easy cooking, and the bed was comfortable for some well earned sleep. We really appreciated the dog blankets as well, since our pups are keen on being right next to us 100% of the time.

Great lakeside gem in the Catskills and just about 15 mins from attractions like Bethel Woods, restaurants in Jeffersonville, Callicoon and Livingstonmanor. Enjoyed our stay in this private retreat with hot tub, fire pit and kayaks. Look forward to visiting again.

Our stay at Warren’s place was very comfortable. The house itself was so unique… the history of it and just being there was fun. As for the accommodations, everything was spot on. So glad we chose his place.

Truly a five star experience. We had such a wonderful time here; the location is great, serene, quiet. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and living room space with a beautiful private view. Fiber internet was surprisingly fast relative to our expectations for such a rural area. Next time we need a space in the area we'll stay here without hesitation.

The cottage is beautifully restored and has all the charm while also offering modern day amenities. The hosts have truly thought of everything you may need and made it the most comfortable stay! It was easy to find and provided lots of privacy whole also being close to downtown to enjoy a dinner out. It was clean and beautifully decorated with some unique elements like a dragon shaped bathroom faucet. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach. We would love to come back for another visit!

Jessica's restored barn is amazing and one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The photos don't do it justice! The barn is unique and has the most incredible views! The sunset experience is A++, and the deck is the most serene place to have your morning coffee. The most impressive part is how clean the space is- I'm not sure how she does it! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from a popcorn maker to a vitamix. There are spaces to sit, relax and nap in every corner of the house. It is immaculate, thoughtful, peaceful and comfortable. Bonus- if you love music, there is an insanely good CD & record collection. Jessica was so responsive to any of our outreach and we will 100% be back. *10/10 would recommend, this place is a total find!!

This was the first Airbnb where I felt comfortable enough to take off my shoes AND socks to walk around; It was absolutely spotless from the bathrooms to the living room floors. Beds were super comfortable. Tons of toys for different aged kids to play with in the bunk bed room and many extras/amenities in the kitchen. All of the kitchen appliances were clean and ready to use. We will absolutely be staying here again if we ever come back to the area!

David's place was great. A very special location, with beautiful views of the Delaware River. We would love to return for another getaway from the city.
