Had a nice stay at Alberto & Xavier's apartment in Fishtown. Hosts were super responsive and answered all of our questions. Apartment is well situated in a walkable neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment is up three flights of stairs so we were blocked from a lot of street noise. I'd recommend this apartment for anyone looking to spend a nice weekend exploring Philly/Fishtown :)

This complex is fabulous. It is super clean, easily accessible, front desk manager is wonderful and accommodating. He is so pleasant and helpful. The amenities are fabulous and the location is perfect. Quietly and conveniently located 20 mins outside of the city.

Perfect small room for two people for a couple days at the beach. You can see the boardwalk from the window. The beach gear provided with the room was a huge plus. Karen is a gracious and responsive host.

I exceed my expectations. We felt very comfortable. We really had fun that I recommend the place, we plan to return next time and invite more friends is a great place to get out of the routine and relax 10/10

Nice place, great views, cozy and quiet. Fireplace was inoperable (as posted) due to pending maintenance.

The house was a perfect spot for a getaway. The host was wonderful and helpful for all our needs. We had a lovely time and an exceptional visit

Leslie is truly a super host, her elegantly decorated home and fully equipped kitchen allowed us to settle in immediately. The beds were the most comfortable that I've experienced to date. She provided ample resources to plan activities, shopping and where to eat. Her home was located on a quiet street and was conveniently located with a short drive or if you enjoy walking it is doable in nice weather. We hope to return and stay longer on our next visit.

This hotel is just land in Times Square and you can take 2min to the center area of Times Square. Also the guy at the front desk is always glad to help with anything. I have book for ten days, they wil hold the door when you go out,and say welcome back when you re back. Because of the position you can literally eat anything you want with walk in 5min. The room is very clean and big enough to live for our 3person. For sure if you want come and vist New York ,here is the best choice to live. And last thing if you come here you can talk to the front desk they will let you feel you are just in home.10/10hotel

Nice place. It was only 6 minutes walking to the path station to take the subway to NYC. I enjoyed how quiet the area is and how the room had a lot of space with two beds, a kitchen area and bathroom. I also liked how the doors have no keys and only need a code to get into the building/room.

The place is well located, with plenty of options around the appartment, dinning, grabbing a drink or just walking around. The facilities and furniture are excellent as well as the landlord communication, I will return to this place for sure!
