Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

The ornamental fireplace, the marbleized slate mantle, 11 foot ceilings with both crown and chair moldings, lend an appropriate period touch to the decor of this dramatic room.

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook.
