House vacation rentals in Delaware County

Susan's house is perfect! We spent most of our time sitting on the beautiful porch enjoying the views. There is also a huge floor to ceiling window facing out on the water so if you end up with bad weather, the view from it makes you feel like you are outside (loved the swivel chairs right in front of it). The layout of the house is wonderful. We had a small group but if you have a larger group, you will have lots of privacy. The bedrooms and baths are all spread out in different areas of the house. Each bed/bed bath is very nice so no one will feel "cheated". It's also a good layout if you have someone in your party with mobility issues. My 88 yo mom was with us and she can't do a lot of steps. We gave her one of the first floor masters and she had no problems at all. The neighborhood is super quiet. No parties or noise at night. Being on a point makes you feel like you are the only one on the lake because you have the canals on each side and the lake in front. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome!! The hosts were very responsive and helped with any questions we had! They let us see the dinosaurs which was really cool! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

We had the most fun and relaxing weekend here, enjoying the pool and hot tub, taking in the gorgeous surroundings, and sharing meals in the comfortable and homey kitchen and dining areas. Char was a wonderful host! She clearly communicated instructions, provided suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, and made us feel welcome in her home. I would highly recommend staying here for a gathering with family/friends!

Everything was perfect, no complaints the hot tub was really nice to relax and the staff on the campgrounds were super friendly.

My family and I just spent a week at this amazing place! The layout of the house is so cool and it’s very spacious. We spent a lot of time outside, exploring in nature. It really is a big outdoor playground! We really enjoyed swimming and using the slip and slide! This place is truly a hidden haven. While there, it feels as though you are far away in a beautiful, secluded forest, yet when in need of something, the store is only minutes away. Our hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. They responded to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. My family and I had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay there again!

Super fun rental! Never hurts to spoil yourself with a pool and hot tub combo, definitely worth the extra money if you have it to spend! Wendy has thoughtfully stocked this place with all the comforts of home!!

Our host was extremely communicative and helpful, instructions were clear and the home was exactly as described. Amenities were top-notch--the pool was enjoyed by all and the other outdoor areas were terrific. With our large group, there was plenty of room to gather (as well as smaller spaces for close conversation!) for meals and time together.

We had a fantastic stay at the Dragon’s Lair. It was such a unique space, and offered so much for my large family of varying ages to do. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, and offered plenty of seating. The shining star for us was the back yard area. We had a fantastic time playing mini golf, pool, and volleyball, and really appreciated that even with all of us out there, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and several seating areas. Overall a great experience for our family!

My family and I had a quick stop at Shelly’s place for an overnight and had a very peaceful stay. Shelly was very friendly, communicative and gave us great local recommendations for food and coffee. The neighborhood was quiet , quaint and walkable. We would certainly stay here again when we are in the area!

We loved the setting and the house. The house was furnished with so many extras, and if we needed it, most likely it was already there, from fans to baking dishes to towels, with everything in between. Kimberley was very helpful and responsive, and we felt very safe and secure there. We would book this house again if we're traveling to the area.

House was exactly as described. Bryan was very responsive and the location to my grown family in northern Westerville was perfect for a great birthday for Grandma. There were two days of snow on our trip and Bryan came over himself to shovel and salt the driveway and walkway. It was bitter cold outside but the house was nice and warm. All the beds and bedrooms were great for our family. Surprise sweet treats greeted us upon arrival and the kitchen had plenty of coffee to wake us up in the morning. This house worked great for our family.

The hosts were very responsive (within 5 min). The location was walkable to lots of coffee shops, reataurants, winery and shops in the adorable town! There are some steep steps (older home) so going with a toddler or someone who needs it to be handicapped accessible, this is not the rental for you. We loved the character of the older home though! Plenty of parking and a yard for kids. Would stay here again!

Greg's home was exceptional. Everything was spotless and was as described and pictured. The downstairs bar area was way beyond expectations. It is a spacious home that had many amenities for us to enjoy and we did! This is a home that is perfect for those adults that like to have space to have conversations and relax. We were 3 adult couples who like their space and there was plenty of it! Greg was quick to respond to questions and was the perfect host. We'd highly recommend this home and if the occasion presents itself, we'll be back!

This property and host were just what my family needed on our trip! We had a very rough start to our vacation and after finding this home and host, everything turned around quickly! The home is in a great location, I couldn't believe how clean it was and it was just comfortable. I love blankets on the couch to wrap up in and the sunroom was great for morning coffee. The host was super responsive from the start. We had even planned to take the trash bin to the street for pick up but got back from Cedar Point very, very late the night it was supposed to go out and someone had already done it for us. I know we pay for the home but this is one place that I just feel like I wanted to do more so hopefully our stay there was equally positive for them because with family in the area, I believe this will be our go-to!

This house felt like home! I really loved the layout. The back deck and fire pit was just great! The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable! The two living areas were so nicely decorated and roomy! The kitchen had everything and was very clean. The host were very quick to respond to my few questions! I would recommend this property and these great host for anyone looking for a gem of a stay. This quiet neighborhood is just adorable! Park was just around the corner with basketball courts, tennis courts and lovely place to just walk and see the beautiful scenery. Loved it ❤️

Beautiful home with lots of different entertainment areas. Perfect for several adult couples or families with children. Everything we needed was provided & Peter was the best host I have ever experienced. Looking forward to next time!
