The property is close to Rehoboth Avenue, walking distance to Boardwalk and everything in town. My place is good for families and big groups. There are four BR with multiple beds/bunk beds, three baths, outside shower, washer/dryer, screened in porch, deck, large back yard, patio with grill and fire pit. I also have a pack and play for infants/small children. There are two free parking spots, and there is ample street parking (passes required Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Nice condo. Per night rate for high season. Water park 2 blks - summertime. Ask for offseason rates. Balcony, one parking space - off street, central air, cable TV, full kitchen(microwave etc), washer/dryer and beach tags(4). Family friendly resort. For dates from April 1 thru June 30 renting guest must be 25 or older.

We were not expecting to have a great time on this trip and we were pleasantly surprised! The location could not have been better, the size for the price was amazing, and the house had an immediate Lajolla California feel to it! We were very happy with our stay and the price was not beatable by a Longshot! Thank You so much if we return to New Jersey we will definitely check with Alyson first!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Rehoboth Beach staying in Ruth's cottage. We had a very private stay and enjoyed walking to downtown Rehoboth as well as hanging around the cottage. It is small and cozy and has everything two people could want...including the amazing garden of a backyard! We hope to be back!

Lara and her home was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were right at home, and we weren’t too far from the boardwalk and all of the fun but it felt nice coming home to a quiet, peaceful, clean neighborhood. Lara’s home was just as pictured very clean and she was very responsive. We will definitely keep Lara’s home in mind when coming back to Ocean City.

Was a great place for our family to spend the weekend. It was easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as local restaurants and a nice playground. The place had the perfect shore feel and fit our crew easily. It was great having access to some chairs and beach tags as also.

Great location and great price for off season. Short uber ride to lots of shopping and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the square with lots of things to do. This place is part of a motel- it’s behind the check in office so it’s a little confusing at first. There are no smart tvs so bring your own fire stick if you want to stream your shows.

Jeanne’s apartment had everything you need for a beach stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms very clean, beds comfortable. We visited in winter, and the heating worked very well. Jeanne provided us with all info we needed to arrive and was very responsive. Location can't be beaten - the beach is just few steps away, and as it is a bit outside it was very calm and felt almost private. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
