This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Welcome to Maryland's Eastern Shore and your own private space in a converted corn crib, complete with the comforts of home. The space includes a vaulted ceiling, queen-sized Casper® mattress, quality linens, heat & AC, wireless Internet, a coffee counter, stocked bar fridge, full bath w/ shower (includes quality bath supplies), and a private entrance. Our space is permitted for ONLY TWO INDIVIDUALS (No children under 8 years of age.), and please limit your visit to one vehicle only.

The cottage is close to the premier birding area of the eastern migratory route , The rural setting is minutes from the city center, art and culture, restaurants and dining.Close to the Beach , Willow Creek Winery, Beach Plum Farm,Cape May Nature Conservatory, the Meadows and numerous hiking trails. The cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. A quiet peaceful setting. The cottage is not childproof and not suitable for children 2 to 12 years.
