This two bedroom two bath 103 year old home, with lots of charm and character, is the perfect getaway.

Just pack your clothes and head to beautiful historic Deland, Florida! With so many attractions within driving, your schedule will be packed. There are many natural springs in the area to explore by kayak, boat or bike!! 40 min. to beaches, 40 min. to attractions!! We do accepts pets, the fees and registration must be paid on the app.

This second-floor apartment is located in a renovated historic building near Stetson University and downtown DeLand. The space includes a full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, full-sized washer and dryer, private screened balcony, private screened porch, a large shared backyard, and reserved parking. The apartment is within walking distance of Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand’s award-winning downtown filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and local events.

Charming home walkable or bikeable to Historical Downtown DeLand and neighboring playground. Located on a quiet street, this three bedroom home has plenty of living space and a fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy a walk at Bill Dreggors Park, take the kids to Freedom Playground, play some board games, or have a bonfire in the backyard! Close to downtown, Skydive Deland and Stetson University, this is the place to be for your family getaways, wedding party or homecoming reunions. The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Yellow Gate Cottage

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this bungalow just two blocks from downtown DeLand. Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated cottage that has a touch of the past. This home was built in the 1920's and was relocated in 1983. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property or inside of home.
