Caitlin’s home is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The pictures are very accurate but it’s way prettier in person. A must see! The area is so peaceful and the locals are very friendly. Just overall one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will 100% stay again. ❤️

The host’s driving directions were perfect. Check-in was easy. The house was great, especially the game room and hot tub. Full kitchen for cooking with plenty of cooking and eating ware. Great hosts and quick responses. They even left the kids some hidden Easter eggs to celebrate the holiday. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Summer is great. Unbeknownst to the owner though, cleaners did NOT clean in a LONG time. Dog urine on a window seat I had to scrub-filth inside and outside made for a terrible surprise for my sis’s bday. Though lake/pool are serene and pretty. Sis is an angel- With proper TLC this would be a great stay! Also- 2nd bathroom is only accessible from outside w/no sealed door - there is no living room, no couch or comfy chair anywhere outdoors or indoors. ThThe pool and canoeing were awesome- our positive attitudes helped us stay. We could not book a different place while waiting for our 50% refund after traveling already. Was offered 100% refund if we left after being there for 2 hours. So, we stayed cleaned a lot/sweated instead of relaxing enough, washed our dirty feet when walked inside w/no shoes. Cleaned dishes with scum and bugs- cleaned candy out of beds. No bed bugs though! Used own pillows and throws. No curtains on many windows- good luck sleeping past sunrise/blinding boat lights

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

If you're looking for the ULTIMATE lake house retreat, look no further!! "What A View" is absolutely stunning and exceeded all of our expectations, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, comfort, and unbelievable lake views!! The hot tub was a huge highlight for our group of ten; perfect for soaking under the stars after a long day of outdoor adventures! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were tons of board/card/arcade games for everyone to be entertained for hours!! We also enjoyed the great quality and large TV for watching the Super Bowl with our gang. :) Andrea was an incredible host and was proactive in every way possible! We highly recommend "What A View" on Center Hill Lake and we easily give it a 10/10! (BTW - We can't wait to come back in the summer to try out the beautiful pool!). Thank you!!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. The only minor downside was the WiFi – it wasn’t the greatest, but it still worked. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and

Beautiful location on Center Lake. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and plenty of space for 6 adults. Comfortable beds, quiet location, and a well-stocked kitchen. I wish we were able to fully enjoy our stay, but we were in town for a wedding so it was a quick in and out. On top of that, mother nature was not cooperating. We did not have too much free time, but we did get to Burgess Falls which was suggested by Michael. I would highly recommend Michael's home. Ideal for a family vacation.

The house is beautiful! Great layout. Perfect for all ages. The property is set in a wood setting within a private neighborhood. I highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Our family visit was just what we expected…laid back, restful and sometimes loud and hectic. The house was beautiful and the view even better. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to explore the area much but I see a future visit to do just that. Seems like there is lots to see and do close by. The house was well equipped and my family loved the downstairs game room. Our hosts were quick to respond and left great recommendations for dining and attractions. We shopped a bit downtown and met such friendly people. So glad we found this place by chance. Hope to come back soon.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Our family came to enjoy the waterfalls and the hiking in the area, which we did, but we equally enjoyed our time in this beautiful and clean and fun place. We enjoyed watching movies, hanging out in the hot tub and throwing football in the yard. Everything was perfect and we made great memories. Thank you Brooke for being a great host.

We had a great weekend at Marshall’s place! I was especially pleased with the kitchen. We’ve stayed places where there weren’t enough plates and only a few utensils, and this kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner! The setting of the cabin was beautiful and it was very peaceful. It’s tricky to find the place by using the GPS but Marshall sent really helpful directions. Follow those!! The cabin was clean and comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for our few friends and a quick trip over to the marina for our day on the lake. Within 30 min from burgess & cummins falls.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is squeaky clean, in close proximity to town, has all essential items needed (plus more), beautiful views....what more could we want? The house is the perfect size for my family of five. It has multiple areas to relax (both indoors and outdoors) and for the teens to spread out. We look forward to staying here the next time we are in Smithville!

The perfect relaxing getaway. My group of 12 stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights and enjoyed every second of it. Incredibly quiet with great views of Center Hill Lake and the surrounding mountains. Also, the path to the water’s edge is a HUGE amenity that very few other rentals in the area offer. The host was very responsive to every question I had and the check-in and check-out processes were easy to follow. The gravel driveway down to the house is definitely steep, but we had no issues getting up or down with multiple different types of vehicles, including FWD sedans. Take it slow while going down, and get some speed going up. I definitely will be coming back to Center Hill Lake in the future, and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful home on a quiet country road. The Christmas tree they had in the home made the stay extra special. My wife and children really enjoyed everything about the house(especially the hot tub). It felt like our home away from home. We will definitely keep this house in mind on our next trip to visit family. Thanks for giving us such a memorable Christmas TN visit!
