Deanna's place was gorgeous and she was an excellent home - promptly responding to our booking request after an emergency situation at another Air BNB. The amenities in the home and nearby were exactly what we were looking for.

This place had everything & more. We enjoyed all the amenities (pool, sauna, paddle boat, canoe/kayaks, jacuzzi, massage chair, griddle/grill). A bonus was the lakefront view. It made it a truly relaxing experience. Safe to say that we will be coming back again for a staycation!

The pictures don’t do Aaron’s place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, welcoming, and the view was amazing. Aaron was absolutely wonderful to work with and his response to any questions was immediate every single time. Highly recommend staying here! I know that I will definitely be back!!

We had an issue with the lockbox, but Tracey was very helpful and responsive even so late in the evening. The house is beautiful.

Staying at wild meadows was like living at your very own day spa. Tina runs a full service salon, I received a haircut and color from her and it was exactly what I asked for. The steam room and garden bath really hit the spot after a long day of work. My husband and I walked our dogs on their trails 3 times daily and always found something new to marvel at. We absolutely fell in love with their 4 dogs, they were the sweetest. The home is clean and spacious, and had everything you could possibly need. Tina and Ken were very easy to communicate with, we loved getting to know them. Even though they lived downstairs, we were never bothered by their presence or felt like we did not have privacy. In fact we loved our stay so much we're going to come back in the future. Thank you so much for hosting us.

We had a very comfortable stay at Anna’s home. Keyless entry made check in easy. Anna was easy to reach with small questions and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful location on Center Lake. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and plenty of space for 6 adults. Comfortable beds, quiet location, and a well-stocked kitchen. I wish we were able to fully enjoy our stay, but we were in town for a wedding so it was a quick in and out. On top of that, mother nature was not cooperating. We did not have too much free time, but we did get to Burgess Falls which was suggested by Michael. I would highly recommend Michael's home. Ideal for a family vacation.

This experience delivered everything we could ask for and more. If you have a family and want to enjoy the area with a great home for downtime, this is the one. Andrea has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy.

Our family visit was just what we expected…laid back, restful and sometimes loud and hectic. The house was beautiful and the view even better. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to explore the area much but I see a future visit to do just that. Seems like there is lots to see and do close by. The house was well equipped and my family loved the downstairs game room. Our hosts were quick to respond and left great recommendations for dining and attractions. We shopped a bit downtown and met such friendly people. So glad we found this place by chance. Hope to come back soon.

Incredible location and very beautiful views from the deck. The home was clean and check in was simple. My kids loved walking down to Johnson Chapel rec area for fun in the water. I would absolutely recommend this lovely place to anyone.

This location in between Sparta and Smithville was amazing. I stayed over a week for work purposes and looked forward to returning to this home each day. After working at offices and a factory all day, it was nice to look over a field when I got back. Roy was very responsive and flexible with my needs during the stay. I highly recommend this location if you have to stay in the Cookeville/Sparta/Smithville area. 70 and 136 take you wherever you need to go.

The property is actually better than the photos. It’s new and modern luxury comfort... in the woods. The home is huge inside and the layout is very well done. Perfect if you want to escape and an especially great location if your planning river or lake activities. The beds are super comfy too...Big plus! The mgmt company was not super responsive, but the owner was and she is incredibly accommodating and pleasant. I would highly recommend White House Haven and its a great deal for the price.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is squeaky clean, in close proximity to town, has all essential items needed (plus more), beautiful views....what more could we want? The house is the perfect size for my family of five. It has multiple areas to relax (both indoors and outdoors) and for the teens to spread out. We look forward to staying here the next time we are in Smithville!

The Ridge is absolutely beautiful! The views are breathtaking and the home is just lovely. We enjoyed the serene location and all the amenities Holly’s place had to offer. Lots of entertainment for adults and kids in the game room. Highly recommend!

We were wanting a view of the lake and we got it. It was a nice remote place if you are wanting to just check out and be with nature. You are like on a cliff so it was an experience and an adventure. It was our first time at this area of TN

This place is AMAZING! It’s a one of a kind retreat in the woods. If you want a peaceful place to stay this is the one! Beautiful home and loved everything about it!

The perfect relaxing getaway. My group of 12 stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights and enjoyed every second of it. Incredibly quiet with great views of Center Hill Lake and the surrounding mountains. Also, the path to the water’s edge is a HUGE amenity that very few other rentals in the area offer. The host was very responsive to every question I had and the check-in and check-out processes were easy to follow. The gravel driveway down to the house is definitely steep, but we had no issues getting up or down with multiple different types of vehicles, including FWD sedans. Take it slow while going down, and get some speed going up. I definitely will be coming back to Center Hill Lake in the future, and hope to stay here again.

The house is beautiful! Great layout. Perfect for all ages. The property is set in a wood setting within a private neighborhood. I highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

This place is a hidden gem! Perfect for our party of 4. Very well kept. Peaceful , clean, comfortable and close to the marina where we keep our boat. Great location to town where you can find anything you need. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Will definitely return! Highly recommend!

Brooke’s place is my dream home, absolutely immaculate; every detail is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, it truly feels like stepping into the pages of a magazine. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and my dad loved spending his evenings on the back porch, relaxing under the stars and watching TV. If you have kids, the game room is a must; ours couldn’t get enough of it! And for any fellow millennials, the classic Nintendo 64 is a total throwback dream.. The owners are incredibly generous, offering a noon check-in, which is almost unheard of in this industry and made our arrival so easy and stress-free. The property itself is super serene. While there are neighboring homes, they’re far enough away that you truly feel like you have your own peaceful retreat. Without a doubt, this is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve been booking Airbnbs for over a decode)I’d gladly return to Smithville just to snag this gem again.

We had a great weekend at Marshall’s place! I was especially pleased with the kitchen. We’ve stayed places where there weren’t enough plates and only a few utensils, and this kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner! The setting of the cabin was beautiful and it was very peaceful. It’s tricky to find the place by using the GPS but Marshall sent really helpful directions. Follow those!! The cabin was clean and comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!
