Vacation rentals with a hot tub in DeKalb County

The host’s driving directions were perfect. Check-in was easy. The house was great, especially the game room and hot tub. Full kitchen for cooking with plenty of cooking and eating ware. Great hosts and quick responses. They even left the kids some hidden Easter eggs to celebrate the holiday. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

Perfect place to stay and explore nearby hiking trails and waterfalls. Everything was exactly as pictured and there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied! We had a great weekend at the Evergreen Lodge!

Great stay! Exactly as advertised. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a couple or family of four. Make sure to drive the 20 mins over to Burgess falls, a hidden gem in TN

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here for spring break. Host was very responsive and left thorough instructions which made things easy to navigate. Absolutely amazing views of the lake, and the house was equally as beautiful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a serene, quiet, and secluded stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The decor was stylish, the beds and couches were super comfortable, and the hot tub and game room were a blast. The kitchen amenities were much better than at other places we have stayed at before. The high quality toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice touch too! Our family of 5 was very comfortable here and would highly recommend!

We've been looking forward to our stay in this beautiful home and it did not disappoint. It is every bit as lovely as the photos. The location was private and quiet. Views were lovely. Listening to the rain and seeing the fog overlooking the trees was peaceful. The first day was sunny and the convenience (not too close or far) to the marina allowed us to enjoy some time at the lake too. Marissa was exceptionally accommodating and responsive from beginning to end. Thank you Marissa.

My family did a last minute weekend away here coming from Nashville. The place was great, the interior was very clean and you could tell they take great care in every detail. The kitchen had everything we needed and my kids had a blast with all the games and making s’mores at the fire pit.

Paula and team delivered on everything her Airbnb promised. Great location,beautiful home and a very considerate ,responsive host. Booking this place brings zero disappointment.
