Great place to stay and very clean. It is kinda out in the middle of nowhere we felt like as far as a town to make a run to get something but we had mostly everything before getting there. We stayed for the event going on at Indian Mountain Atv Park which is about 35 min out so parking was a little tight for 3 trucks and trailers but owners were plenty helpful in letting us use the backyard as well. Overall no complaints.

Sharon was extremely friendly and helpful. I noticed she had actually removed the listing availability for the night I wanted to come, so I messaged her asking if it would be OK if I booked and she responded immediately. despite her having a funeral that day, which was why she removed the availability, she worked with my schedule and had the house cleaned and ready for me by 7 PM and gave me a late check out of 5 PM two days later which was very preferred for me and very much appreciated. The house was clean and peaceful. Location was very nice but I can only imagine how beautiful it is when all the foliage is back to life.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this Air B&B. Cary was an amazing host that was quick to respond to any of our questions/inquiries. The house was even more beautiful in person and had more space than what we planned for. Highly recommended to anyone looking to visit the local area or plan a private getaway!

This was our second stay at this house! We absolutely love this home. The water and the scenery are beautiful. The late night fire in the fire pit was amazing. Jeremy is amazing to rent from. Very flexible and always responsive! I wish I could give it greater than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Teresa's place was simply stunning. Nothing beats the view and it was extremely close to the location where we were attending a wedding. They thought of everything, down to the travel amenities and simple breakfast food they provided. I shouldn't have packed so much! She was extremely responsive to my questions and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was lovely! We were impressed as soon as we walked in. The presentation of the room was very welcoming. Claire and Bryan communicated well with us every step of the way from check-in to check-out. They even had some great amenities with the little snack bar right outside of our door! The kitchen space was small, but just perfect enough for us to make our breakfast. There was so many windows, perfect for good natural light in the morning time, while still very private with blinds you can pull down in the evening time. One thing we couldn’t stop talking about was how comfy the bed was!! I think it’s worth mentioning because after a long day out, it is so lovely to get to rest and relax in a bed like that! The only thing I have to say is that the bed is a tad short so if you are super tall your legs may be hanging off. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and can concur with the ratings that this is definitely a guest favorite!

This place was fantastic! The communication with the host was always quick. The parking is a little tight if all the units are in use if you have a larger vehicle. Great value and perfect location for us.

Al is an excellent host and owner of this delightful property. His thoughtful personal touch is evident in every carefully considered detail of the charming unit. Timely responses and personalized assistance, should you need it during your stay, are hallmarks of Al's exceptional service - a level of hospitality that not every host can match. The property is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the must-see attractions of Rock City, Ruby Falls, and grocery shopping. Guests will find plenty of opportunities for hiking, taking in majestic sunsets, and enjoying the breathtaking views from the edge of the mountain. This is truly a destination that deserves a spot on anyone's travel itinerary.

The apartment is very cute in a great location with great amenities.

My wife and I thought about the myriad of lake and Mountain View places we could rent in the Ft. Payne/Mentobe area, but ran across The Lofts in our search. The minute we saw the interior and exterior photos and saw the primo downtown location, we were sold. As an architect married to a design and antique loving woman, we saw a fun alternative to the usual places to stay. We were NOT disappointed. The place is decorated to a “T” and located in an historic building within walking distance of some really nice shops and restaurants. It’s located a short drive to Cloudland State Park and innumerable other natural areas as well. As I said, the online photos of this place don’t do it justice. Our hosts were helpful and on the ball. Easy check in and check out. All the information we needed was provided. We spent part of a day at Orbix Hot Glass to learn glass blowing techniques and would like to go again. We know where we’ll be staying!
