This place is a real architectural gem – designed with a lot of love and perfectly thought out. High-quality materials, clean lines and a harmonious sense of space make the stay special. Deborah was a friendly and very helpful host. Her apartment was spotless and perfect for my short stay. A quiet location and within walking distance of Landau. I would recommend staying here without hesitation.

I was in town for work for a little over a week and this was the perfect rental. There was a reserved parking spot in a surface lot right beside the apartment. The location was awesome! Everything (food/shopping/entertainment) is within walking distance. I parked my car after the work day and didn’t even consider driving anywhere until work the next morning.

There were four of us on site for two days. The apartment has a nice cut, was very clean and invitingly designed. As a welcome, the double bed and sofa bed were attractively decorated, even a bar of chocolate was put into bed for sweet dreams:) Would book this apartment again every time! Thanks for the great service!

Nelli's place was excellent: spotlessly clean with everything you could imagine: salt, pepper and spices in the kitchen, butter and coffee creme in the fridge. Had a really enjoyable stay once I had mastered the buses to get there ;) Thank you!

We had a great stay. Even more beautiful than in the photos, top location, lots of space and very bright. The communication was also great, not least with Dominik's parents, who welcomed us in a friendly way and were available for one or the other chat:-) We will be happy to come back!

We stayed in Sabine's accommodation for the second time. The cottage is very clean and perfectly equipped with a lot of love for detail. The location is a good starting point for various hikes to the surrounding castles or excursions to the surrounding towns. After an eventful day, you can relax perfectly in the associated sauna. We will also be happy to come a third time!

Great house and view from the garden. kitchen fully equipped, all you need is there. very easy and helpful owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The area around Arzheim is beautiful and there are many castles in the area as well as great hiking options. Stefan is a responsive and clear communication and the apartment was immaculate.

The house is spacious, very cozy and very well equipped. Also the garden and terrace are wonderful. We can recommend Anja's cottage all around.

Great surroundings, beautiful house with ridges/ pool and hot tub (we could even use this as the water was warmed up!) We'd love to come back!

Everything is great. We felt right at home. A very pet-friendly place. Our dog .. the big dog Nowofunland felt great at the place. All amenities were available for the duration of the stay. The apartment is very clean, the garage is great. In general, we recommend especially for pet owners

We absolutely loved our stay. The penthouse was vary spacious and the rooms were all very nice. The outdoor patio is excellent for meals or evening drinks and having a washing machine is always nice. The location is very close to shops and restaurants for evening activities. We were also provided with door opener for our parking spot which was very nice to not worry about parking. This is one of my favorite Air BnB stays ever.

Lovely place to stay! We enjoyed many of the design elements of the home. Lots of storage and a big kitchen and balcony! Also really loved the large windowsills.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Lovely, cozy and modern. You immediately felt comfortable and at home. Top equipped kitchen with seemingly all the utensils you need. Comfortable sofa and bed. Pretty big TV. All appliances, whether in the kitchen, living room or bathroom, worked perfectly. A perfect property in a quiet area to unwind for a few days. Communication with Hakan was also great. It is absolutely recommended. I'd love to come back!

We had a very great time in the apartment. Very well furnished, it had everything you need and the apartment is very nicely located to inquire about the Palatinate Forest!
