Clean room, easy check-in, and very cooperative staff. I stayed for 2 nights, and everything was great!

One of the best staycations I’ve had nestled in a safe neighborhood indeed! The house is as spacious & beautiful as described. The host has been very considerate. Also, the guard and caretakers were kindly obliging.

I recently had the pleasure of staying Samra's Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was perfect too Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. If you're looking for a memorable getaway, this place is a gem!

This place was exactly what I was looking for my month long vacation as it is safe, secure and secluded. Haider uncle and Shabnam aunty were super welcoming and were extremely helpful. Sadaf did an amazing job of keeping the place spotless clean. They made sure I felt right at home always. The complimentary breakfast was a cherry on top. My privacy was their top priority and comfort was their top priority. Staying here was a wonderful experience. If you are looking for an Airbnb to rent, you can stop searching and book this right away!

Great stay,loved everything about the place, well maintained and clean place, the location is also great, in the middle of the city, the host is super co operative, the house help is very nice as well , wether it’s the cook the cleaning ladies the guard the driver everybody do their job properly and wholeheartedly ! Wonderful stay at Fazilas. The place was conveniently located and had easy access to the market with restaurants and shopping. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating, flexible and catered very well to our needs. All in all, great stay and would recommend.

Stayed for almost a week. Big apartment with ample space. Great for families. Very safe building and safe neighborhood.

Great place hosted by Sufyan The entrance to the building can be a little off putting as construction is happening, but the apt itself is very modern, comfortable, and clean as shown in the pictures. There is an enclosed balcony area. The place is secure, as there is always someone in the lobby area. There is parking available in the basement. Unfortunately, no gas was available but this is a citywide problem. The area is great, close to many amenities and restaurants, and easy access to Shahra-e-Faisal. The on-site manager, Zahid, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all requests. Of note, although there are ACs in each bedroom, the common area lacks one so this may be a problem in the hotter months. Otherwise a good place to stay when in Karachi

I had a great stay at this lovely two-bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent—close to markets and restaurants. The host was very cooperative and responsive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this property and had a great experience overall. The place is private, silent, and very clean, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. All the essential amenities were available, and both the host and handler were highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The 24-hour security guard added a sense of safety, and no load shedding was a big plus. Additionally, its walking distance from the sea makes it a great location for beach lovers. However, there were a few downsides. The property is not listed on Google Maps, making navigation difficult. Ordering online was also a hassle, and the surrounding streets were not well-maintained. Additionally, the rooms and sitting area were quite small, which may feel cramped for some guests. Despite these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and secure place near the sea, this is a great option.

I feel blessed to have come across this listing, and to have stayed here during my trip. Everything was as described, and it’s a very well equipped place for a long duration stay. The self-contained bedroom + kitchen is in a really great and safe area of Karachi. What made the stay special though was Arshad, who was a thorough gentlemen and amazing host throughout. In addition to many interesting discussions, if anything was wrong Arshad would address it right away. Also, knowing that I was not much of a chef in the kitchen… Arshad would bring over dinner some nights which I was so grateful for! Again, a superb place to stay, but also it’s Arshad himself that really sets it apart from anywhere else. Arshad also provided everything you would need, including cooking oil, shower gel, toothpaste, etc… and the clothes washing machine was so useful during the stay! A great place with a superb host and easily willing to recommend it!

I booked this apartment for my brother's family, who are visiting from the UK. They were pretty happy. It has a separate lift entrance, is very private and clean with AC in every room, and is close to shops and restaurants. Host Khurram and his team were very responsive and managed this property professionally. Definitely staying here again.

Alhamdulillah had a very enjoyable stay of around two weeks. The apartment is conveniently located for all day to day household needs. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly and positively to our queries. Will definitely stay again on my visit to Karachi.
