Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Deep Ellum, Dallas

Stayed here with my teenage daughter for a volleyball tournament. She kept saying, "Wow, Dad! This place is so nice!" It was a great unit. Very peaceful. Easy to sleep in. Bathroom was nice. Location was great. The instructions and communication provided made it extremely easy to get checked-in and checked-out.

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

my work trip got extended. Unfortunately the unit I was in was booked. I didn't want to stay anywhere else and fortunately this unit was available. Jessi made the move over painless. and even let us check in early. While slightly smaller than the first place. It was just as spotless and comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. We loved our stay and you will to. This is one of the best Airbnb we ever stayed at. Will stay here every time we are in the area. Hurry up and book it before it's gone.

Robert’s units were spectacularly clean, nicely decorated & perfect for two couples. He was quick to respond when we needed a new lightbulb & was always available for any questions we had. As advertised, the home has older wood floors which means others can be noticed when walking, but eventually you get used to it (or just bring some ear plugs)! We will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Dallas!

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Dallas. It’s very centrally located next to many bars and restaurants in Deep Ellum. The host was very responsive, and even though the area was very lively during the weekend, the appartement was still peaceful and quiet. Great value for money!

We really appreciated our stay at Gerhard 's place. The apartment was really convenient with a great kitchen and two very comfortable bedrooms. Only the Internet was a little bit on the slow end but everything was spot on. Gerhard is an excellent host and always there to help you with everything concerning the apartment or anything else you need. Really recommend booking this airbnb!

It was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for my "mother-daughter" time with my kid. 🥰 the best part i liked, was the fact that it was close to what we needed to be close to. It was super easy to check-out as well. 🥰🥰

Really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space, it was clean, peaceful,appliances as detailed and exactly as pictured. Loved the decor. The host was responsive, flexible and very helpful which I appreciate. Good deal.

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

Absolutely loved our stay at the Peacock House! It was so cute, decorated adorably, and was so comfortable. We felt right at home settling in! It was so cool getting to enjoy the wild peacocks in the neighborhood too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy and clean. We loved the backyard! It was a rainy weekend for us, so we didn’t get to sit out there but for a few moments in the rain breaks, but we will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway for my bday. 10/10 recommend. Very convenient location for all downtown access.

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

Jake & Oliver’s place was beautiful and well located in an amazing neighborhood. Conveniently located just a few minutes from Whole Foods, Terry Blacks, downtown Dallas, and many other notable places. Definitely would stay again. The house itself was great, wonderful kitchen, spacious living room and 5 nice bedrooms with 4 full baths and a 2 car garage.

We enjoyed our stay, it was great being able to park my truck inside the backyard for extra security and convenience. The backyard was also completely fenced in for the dogs, the inside was nice and clean.

This house felt just like home and was very welcoming and comfy. The added alarm system made you feel very safe and at ease. They had all the things you would need and then some. The space was large enough for a large group and the 3 bathrooms were an added plus. The only downside was the low water pressure in some of the bathrooms but other than that we would definitely stay again.

Tiffani’s place is in an older established neighborhood but safe. The house was used for a place for my family to all meet up and tour Dallas. Tiffani’s place was stocked with everything you needed to start staying there: a few bottles of water, a few snacks, coffee pods, plenty of towels and a lot of hygiene products/bathroom items - if you need them. I have stayed at fancier places but Tiffani’s place had the most comfortable beds ever!! The one thing I will say is the bunk room is not a full bunk and will really only hold young small children (very cute tho). Enjoyed our stay ❤️

Booked a short trip and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed! I appreciated the clear instructions, how clean the Airbnb was, and overall all of the amenities provided. The host Nick was very helpful and you can tell that he takes very good care of the place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice and clean Airbnb in a great central location.

Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

Ruwani’s place was great! It’s roughly 2 blocks from restaurants, bars and cafes. I had a scheduling conflict that would’ve required me to check out late and she was incredibly responsive and flexible with me. Communicating with her was like chatting with a friend. The condo I stayed in was comfortable and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Most importantly, where most hosts have moved towards essentially having their guests clean their properties and still include a cleaning charge, Ruwani’s check out process was super easy, lowkey and reasonable. I will be in Dallas every Spring and I’ll for sure book with Ruwani again! I highly recommend booking with her!

great little place. very comfortable and spacious. the only thing I did not like is the window over the office doesn't have blinds or anything, so it's very bright in the morning if you want to sleep in it's a little hard

The place worked out great. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of linens and extras throughout the house. While Ross Ave is a busy street the place was far off the street and very peaceful. Instructions were very thorough.
