Family-friendly vacation rentals in Deep Creek Lake

Beautiful place! Went on a girls trip and it fit exactly what we needed, cozy, nice views and relaxing. Only things I feel the need to make people aware of are that the hot tub is off the side of the house and you have to walk over gravel to get to it so bring flip flops, and that there are a TON of bugs in the house, we had ladybugs and stink bugs all over, fine for us but if it’s not something you can handle then bring traps. Overall amazing trip!

Very well decorated and planned place. The theme of duck duck moose will be present as you get to relax and enjoy with another family (9-10 people comfortably)

This spacious home has a nice mix of shared spaces to hang out together and quiet areas that allowed us to work remote. This is a beautiful home, kept very clean, all appliances were working. The Lakeside Creamery is just a few steps away and has amazing ice cream. Railey Vacations was easy to work with and communicated well to prepare us for arrival and departure.

Large fun place right by the state park. We were visiting for a mountain bike race that started at the lake by the discovery center. This house was the perfect location. Hot tub was great after the race. Lots of space for teens and parents and dogs. Rustic and comfy.

Our group absolutely loved staying at Eagle's Nest. It was tidy and clean and had a great layout and space for everyone. We especially appreciated the multiple tables and large, well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was wonderful, and the view out the large windows and from the back deck were gorgeous. Finding the trash was a bit tricky because of the directions; for future guests, note that the driveway refers to the road that all the nearby houses are on, not the individual driveway for Eagle's Nest. We had a great stay and would return!

Very nice place. Private. Close to the lake. Clean! AC didn’t work for the weekend. Stayed at the same place last year and it did. Other than that, both my stays there were phenomenal!!

Chelsea’s cottage was absolutely perfect for our quick ski getaway weekend to Deep Creek! We especially appreciated how clean things were at arrival, and how well set-up the place was for our three small girls. They loved the bunk beds and having a few kids’ books around was a great addition to bedtime. Chelsea was responsive and welcoming. All around, a great experience!

Shiver Me Timbers was a picture-perfect log cabin retreat! It is warm and inviting, tastefully decorated, and has wonderful communal spaces including an indoor hot tub, and a combo great room/kitchen that is great for the family chef, but also fabulous en-suite bathrooms with all the bedrooms for the whole family to be comfortable! The game room has a wonderful selection of board games and movies for plenty to do in quiet evenings or rainy days and we enjoyed a fire in the fireplace as well with the provided supplies. The host was responsive and checked in via message - they even left a care package for our arrival and even extra towels! We will absolutely stay here again!

This is our second year staying here, and everything was perfect as always. Dan was very quick and helpful to respond to any questions that I had prior to our arrival. And, the maintenance staff was very helpful and friendly for our needs during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Really enjoyed our stay here--the cabin was a perfect location to relax for a few days and go for some hikes with our dog. But it's also only about 15 min to McHenry/Wisp area, so it's very easy to get to restaurants, stores etc. The cabin was clean, everything worked as expected, and the info provided was helpful. We hope to visit again sometime!

We loved this tiny home. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs. It’s a 5 min drive to wisp ski resort so makes quick trips back and forth very easy. This little cabin is tucked up a private road into the woods and we love the charm that the owners and crew who work on the property have instilled into the houses with the use of eco friendly and reused items. There’s a nice little trail at the back also where we walked with the dogs and even saw a quiet porcupine! We’d love to come back in the fall and next winter of course for more ski time. Thank you again.

Well stocked cozy cabin close to Oakland great for restaurants and shops. We loved how private the space felt and that the cabins were spaced apart and dog friendly. The cabin was well equipped and we loved the pavilion which was an added outdoor bonus space with a grill and games. Bathrooms were large and spotless. Can’t wait to come back !

A beautiful, serene cabin that was perfect for a long weekend getaway with my husband and our dog. The trails onsite are convenient and a great way to start or end the day. The cabin itself was just the right size for the two of us and was perfect for the rainy cozy days we had. Would 100% recommend this place and will absolutely be returning.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and the place everything we expected and more. We loved it from the time we arrived until we left. The cabins are exactly what we were looking for. We walked the trails on the premise and loved seeing the land. We will definitely be back to stay, highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Deep Creek, stay here! Close to everything in Deep Creek!

We had a great time at Luna Bleu! Everyone was so nice and accomodating. Very clean and they provided everything we could need including plenty of linens. Such a cute little community. I highly recommend it to others!

Everything was phenomenal. Plenty of space to maneuver and have gatherings with loved ones.

Rv’s place was very nice, clean, cozy & spacious for family and friends. I’ll surely Recommend this place to anyone that’ll be headed in that location for a vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Home Sweet Home. The house was very clean, neighborhood was quiet but friendly. We were lake adjacent, used the dock space, and even took advantage of the community center. Thank you so much!

My family had a wonderful time . The house was the ideal size. Beautiful surroundings. Deer came in often an would stay and eat and not run away. We loved seeing the deer. The kitchen was equipped well. We brought crock pots and other things but the house was had crock pots and lots of pots and pans. . The neighborhood was peaceful. The house had a huge yard which was great for the kids to run around and plenty of room to set up cornhole and games for the kids. The kids enjoyed walking in the woods around the house. The house is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, etc. Nice desk off the kitchen to eat on the partially covered deck. Hot tub was really enjoyable. We would stay here again

Our family (7) was very comfortable at this cabin. It was clean- smelled fresh, clean linens, everything was wiped down and the floors were clean enough to allow our little one to crawl around. The space was perfect for a summertime getaway. We utilized the hot tub, fire pit and screened in porch daily to enjoy the beautiful wooded views and clear starry sky. There is another cabin somewhat close on one side, but the other side is just wooded and we still felt we had plenty of privacy. The area was overall secluded and sooo quiet! The cabin was quite impressive, actually bigger and better in person. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and there were plenty of towels and linens. (They do mean it when they say they aren't providing toiletries and supplies though!) The only 'down side' to this property was the condition of the deck and outdoor furniture. It was pretty rough so we couldn't allow the kids out there too much bc of splintering. Other than that- it was lovely.

Almost Heaven! Perfect home, perfect location for a family get-together. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and all needs will be met. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Just bring food! The lake is crystal clear and beautiful, and tall trees cover the landscape. The deer, chipmunks, squirrels and birds are right outside the door. The firepit was our evening spot to gather and chat. And toast marshmallows. And even though the kids are in their 40's, they made s'mores! This is a place to revive your soul. I could stay here forever.

Great place to get away with the family. Host was very responsive. Deep Creek is a great area.
