Amazing stay! The house was well-maintained and had plenty of space for our large group. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space such as the hot tub and lakeside dock. The location was also close to major attractions while still having enough privacy. We would 100% recommend this property for anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

This was the perfect cabin for our getaway weekend. Brooke was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to run around in and stay entertained. Tons of activities to do around the area, right near the state park and tons of restaurants. I will most definitely be looking to see if this place is available next time I am up Deep Creek!!

We had an awesome stay at Big Timber! We traveled with two families, including 5 kids - between the arcade, mini golf, fire pit and board games, our time passed so quickly and a great time was had! The place has a great authentic cabin feel, and it’s even better than the photos! Rick was easy to communicate with, and was always responsive. We will definitely try to return in the future!

We loved staying at this cabin! The hosts were super responsive and super friendly. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around in the snow. The cabin was super cozy and clean, we loved the wall decorations and art. The kitchen was great and had nearly everything we needed. There is no regular oven but the large toaster oven worked perfectly for a small tart. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at the Country Acres Retreat for an extended weekend trip with some old college friends for our annual golf trip, it was an incredible stay! The pictures don’t do the cabin enough justice and there was so much to do onsite without ever needing to leave the property. Ken was extremely responsive with all of our questions leading up to the trip. 10/10 for the amenities, spacious layout, private pond out back for kayaking/fishing, and being so close to the heart of DCL, yet having a secluded feel.

This place is amazing! Right on the lake with a hot tub, and a spot to dock a boat! It was an easy drive to local restaurants and shops but was still quiet and peaceful. Then place was clean and there were tons of pots/pans, and more than enough towels and blankets! Matt was an excellent host and always responded quickly when I messaged him.

Great property at a beautiful location. Hosts were responsive and kind. The house was beautiful and huge for our party of 10. The view of the lake was stunning and peaceful. Beds were comfortable, there was an abundance of linens and towels if any extra were needed. Well appointed coffee bar and lots of games. We would definitely stay again.

Anthony’s place is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. The location is so peaceful, close to Deep Creek Lake and restaurants, yet in a secluded, quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, sitting outside listening to nature. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, romantic trip. I could live there and be content - it has everything you need.

We had an amazing stay at Wanda and Reuben's darling home in the woods! The house was absolutely beautiful—very clean, with lots of thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the grill was spotless and easy to use. We especially loved the swinging chairs and the cozy fireplace, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub was perfect under the stars, and we enjoyed the fire pit whenever the rain let up. One of the unexpected highlights was seeing a bird's nest nearby and witnessing the eggs hatch from a safe distance—such a special moment! The plush robes and delicious chocolates were a lovely touch and made our long weekend in the woods feel extra luxurious. We give this stay five stars and definitely hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was further back and it was good privacy, cabin feel! There is a catch and release pond in the front which was a big hit with my husband and son! My daughter and i went on a nature walk and found a lot of animals from groundhogs to deer to chipmunks! We had a lot of board game fun and family time.

Loved staying at Lazy Bear Lodge. Beautiful home with privacy on big property. Hosts were super responsive and gave great local recommendations. Very accessible to hiking and white water rafting.

Absolutely loved our stay at the A-frame cabin at Deep Creek! The space is even more spacious and beautiful in person. It perfectly blends cozy cabin vibes with modern touches. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset, it’s impossible not to feel relaxed and inspired. The cabin is full of thoughtful little details that really make you feel cared for. From the decor to the layout to the small touches you discover throughout the space, it’s clear a lot of love and intention went into designing this retreat. One thing to note: the driveway up to the cabin is pretty steep, so just be prepared for that, especially in icy or rainy weather. But once you’re up there, it’s totally worth it. A perfect getaway that we’re already dreaming of returning to.

We had a family weekend at the cabin. It was the perfect location just outside of town, quick easy drive to everything. We felt right at home! Michael provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We hope to visit again next year!

Was in WV for our daughters graduation in Morgantown from WVU was a little bit of a drive but it was a great fit for us and our group. Would definitely recommend and are considering going back for just vacation.

We had a great time staying here with our dog. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the view from the hot tub on the back porch. The place was just like it looks in the pictures. We appreciated all the little touches. We will definitely be back!!!!

A beautiful, serene cabin that was perfect for a long weekend getaway with my husband and our dog. The trails onsite are convenient and a great way to start or end the day. This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin! My husband and I love the private location, the peacefulness of taking advantage of the hot tub, sitting on the deck, or around the fire pit area watching the wildlife. The location so private and peaceful, but only minutes away from anything you could want to do in the area. The pics are very accurate as to how comfy and cozy the inside of the cabin is with a kitchen that has just about everything you could possibly need! We are already planning our 3rd trip back!

The place was clean, functional for three couples, modern yet cozy. Hot tub takes a long time to heat up, make sure you check the temperature right when you arrive!

We just had our 3rd stay at Analog Cabin and have only made a small dent in their spectacular record collection, so we will continue to return again and again. Analog is the perfect place to get away and unplug for a few days. It's clean, quaint and super quirky. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The hot tub and sauna are a great bonus! Tons of books, games and puzzles! The artwork around the place, both inside and out, is a nice touch. It's easy to be inspired here. Strongly recommend! Thank you David for another great weekend!

We were in the area to do some hiking. This house was the perfect home base. We were close to great trails and could come home and relax in the hot tub and by the fire.
