Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Decorah

Stayed here with a small group of friends over a three day weekend. Enjoyed the home and the atmosphere; beautiful shoreline and surrounds. Loved the fireplace in the screened porch. Rochelle was welcoming and friendly.

Jami had great communication with us. Very Accommodating. WE loved all the spaces to be inside and out!! Met our large family gathering space needs and everyone wants to go back!! Highly recommend!! Thanks so very much!!!!

The is is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here, my son says it’s a “tradition”. The space was great to hangout with older kids, everyone has space yet we’re all still together. A perfect home base for exploring as well.

Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Clean and tidy and comfortable! there was information in local restaurants. a full sized fridge ready for action, and coffee readily available. note: the half bath is downstairs, which I think is important to note if people have to consider stairs. I was not expecting the king size bed to be as high up off the ground as it was. I am not a short person, and was able to get into the bed. someone who is more height challenged might need a stool. upon our arrival we did report smoke alarms that were beeping. It did take a little longer than expected for those to be corrected and we were promptly informed when it is (we were away at the time...which was fine).

Great place with a great location! Plenty of room for a family of 5 and we were within walking distance to everything on Water Street!

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. This was a beautiful property. They thought of everything a person could forget. We arrived sooner than expected and we were willing to wait outside but Kathy was more than happy let us in early. The space was so relaxing and so much fun.

Lois is a great host. She responded to questions right way and was very helpful. Her home is impeccably well kept. Clean, cute, cozy, and decorated for the season. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again. Highly recommend!

We appreciate the little extras she has available. Also plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything is clearly marked.

Perfect for a little getaway! The place being right on the main street with all the shops and restaurants was awesome.

Mandi’s place was ideal for a peaceful, quiet get away. We loved sitting on their deck watching the eagles, pelicans and barges go by. There were various places to hike nearby as much or as little as we wanted. We chose Effigy Mound National Monument one day and Pikes Peak State Park the other and both were well worth the time spent. We went to the pub - restaurant literally across the street for a lunch and sat on their deck enjoying the river scenes. The kitchen was equipped with anything we needed for meals at t home. The bed was comfy and we slept great! We reserved this gem again before leaving!

We love our annual trips to Decorah and especially love when Trisha's place is available for us to stay! Berryhill Flat is pristinely cleaned and equipped with anything needed for a great stay. The entire property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. My son and I especially loved star gazing each night because we could see the stars so clearly. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!

As the person who always beelines for the binder of local information and reads it cover to cover when staying at an Airbnb, this place was a dream! I learned so much about the area from Anita’s historical writing and plethora of brochures. I will definitely be back thanks to Anita’s hospitality and the cozy feel of the place. The perfect location to explore nearby parks with great bluff views and visit all the local small businesses!

Staying at Jessica's was such a pleasure - I was delighted to see how clean, cute and modern it was. Check in was easy and the communication was exceptional. This will be my first pick everytime I visit, absolutely loved it and slept like a baby as it was so quiet. My fav place I've stayed in the area and I visit twice a year.

We really enjoyed our stay in Evan and Kristen's Airbnb. They made it easy and convenient to check in and out. I was very impressed with how well-maintained the space is. It was very clean organized, and cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with good quality cooking utensils. It is in a beautiful location that is private and quiet, but it is an easy walk to town. I would definitely stay here again!

Kaleen’s place is a perfect spot in Decorah. Short walk to downtown and a lovely home to return to. Bonus fire pit and back patio! We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

We had a great overnight stay at Brittney's place. Brittany was willing to accommodate one of our requests and was very responsive throughout the communication process. The location and amenities were exactly as advertised. The setting was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the variety of animals on site (goats, cats, donkey?). We would not hesitate to stay again! We enjoyed our visit to Lansing. Nancy and Scott met us at check in to show us around and answer questions. The unique stone building has been transformed into a beautiful and comfortable apartment with plenty of space for 2-4 people. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We hiked on Mt Hosmer, explored the historic Main Street, shopped at the variety store, and had pizza at the Safe House. We hope to stay here again next time we travel on the Great River Road.

We were in town for my son graduation at Luther. Rather than pay the over price hotels in the area, we choose Tami place & it was well worth what we spent. Host family was incredibly welcoming. Made our family feel like we were home. We would for sure choose this home again! We thank them for making this a memorable time.

Nancy and Scott were very quick to respond. Our fridge and bedroom baseboard heat were turned off when we got there. But after a quick call, we were able to trip a few breakers and then everything worked fine. We would definitely book again.

Sean was an amazing host to our group who came into town for a funeral. He was very easy to work with and made our stay pleasant and accommodating. The place is extremely well kept, is in a nice quiet area, and has a beautiful view. We greatly appreciated having a place to spend a restful evening after a long day of driving. The little coffee bar that was provided was a big hit!
