We had a very nice week at Dita's. Everything was impeccable and the two took very good care of us, thank you again for the 2 bottles of wine:) The environment is beautiful, you can do so much and if I come back, I definitely want to go mushrooming with you. I can recommend the Motorest restaurant in town, it is a simple pub, but very good food and warm service. I hope Dita continues to have a great time. Kind regards, Annett

We were 2 families with children in Lucie's vacation home - and it is actually very perfectly furnished. The children find a lot of toys in the playroom, outside in the garden more play opportunities - and in general there is wonderfully a lot of space in the house and around the house. The kitchen is really fully equipped for cooking and baking, all rooms are clean and artistically designed. We can therefore absolutely recommend the place and would come back again. The mountains in the surrounding area invite you to hike and enjoy nature, and by car you can reach Ceska Lipa for food or some culture. Lucie as host prepared everything well and was easily accessible for questions, even if we didn't meet her in person. Thank you very much.

We rarely had such a warm host and such a super clean airbnb. There was nothing missing in the amenities and the coffee available for free was excellent. We had also booked the hot tub. It was also super clean and wonderfully warm - a great experience in the middle of winter. Thank you again to the host for everything. We will be back!

The Accomodation was very nice and great value for money. The location was also perfect, very close to the beautiful natural area and lots of pretty folk architecture in the village. There is also a restaurant/bar within 1 minute walking distance which is very conveniant.

The place was really very nice, well furnished and neatly designed. Above all, the terrace was amazing, really nice and directly on the Elbe. In the evening you definitely had your peace, but the house is right on the street, which means that noise cannot be avoided. Heating and hot water also worked well. I can definitely recommend the place! :)

A magical place with a soul. Home furnishings, furniture, or ornaments (even though from different eras and parts of the world) make an impression. It's a pity that the kitchen and bathroom are modern. Unfortunately, we were only for one night, so we mostly used the bedrooms. A great base for exploring different trails. It should be noted that a parking space for only one car. Had to pay 8€/24h for second parking.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Petra had provided little extras like chilled drinks and chocolate, even charcoal was available. At check-in, we received a super warm welcome and a tour of the place. If we had any questions, we received an answer immediately. During our stay, Petra made sure that we had everything we needed and were satisfied. We were 4 adults and 2 children. That's why Petra put 6 chairs in the kitchen (there are only 4 in the picture in the description). There were double beds as described and for the children there was the sofa bed and a folding bed. The zoo is right around the corner and within walking distance. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. You have a fantastic view of the city and the area around the place is nice and quiet. The terrace is great for grilling and relaxing. We will be happy to come back.

Nice place in quiet location! Sweetly decorated, according to the season and with fireplace and campfire perfect for family vacation. Many bedrooms but only one bathroom, which can be a challenge for many guests :) Unfortunately there is no coffee maker but otherwise everything is there! We were received super nicely and the hostess was always available. For the children there were extra games. The location is great for relaxing and hiking. Excursion destinations are easy to reach by car. Clear recommendation! Due to the forest location, we had a lot of ants in the house so we sealed the food well.

It’s been a pleasure for us to spend a weekend at this place. It is exactly as on the photos, there’s wifi, hot water, kitchen, barbecue zone, everything for a great weekend with friends. The neighbours are not too close, so no one was complaining about loud music or laugh :) pets are allowed, the public pool is right across the road, there’s also a decent shop nearby, and they accept cards. We really enjoyed this place.

Radka’s place is very generous property with a lot of interesting amenities, we only stayed for one night so we couldn’t have explored everything what is available. The house is very comfortable, a lot of common areas but also enough privacy, everything was clean, luxurious, smelled beautifully and it was ideal place to stay over on our long ride with our friends and dogs. I can imagine great time spent there, with all the patios, terraces and fire pits with beautiful chairs around.

Everything was great. The communication went smoothly. The house was clean and perfect for large groups. We will be happy to come back.
