Recreation cottage for families with children for 27 people.

We were a total of 14 people with a baby, a toddler and a schoolchild. It was for everything that was there, we had plenty of space, great beds and above all the trampoline is the absolute highlight for the kids! We celebrated my 30th birthday there and I couldn't have imagined a better house. We had a great one. 5 star stay and definitely want to come back with even more people, because there is room for far more than 14 people here :) Thank you Vlastimil for the great hospitality!

Absolutely recommended even with a larger number of people. Everything necessary was available and also functional! A surprise was the coffee machine, which only takes capsules. We were not prepared for this - the gift, however, solved the problem 😉 great start for excursions to Bohemian Switzerland, you can also go out for a reward meal very well around the corner 👍 Highly recommended 👍 👍 👍

The cottage was an absolute godsend! Lovingly and tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable in a luxurious way. Apart from the accurate descriptions, the accurate cleanliness and the impeccable communication with Jan, there was also the one or the other highlight: beautiful hikes with spectacular panoramas almost at the front door, a bathtub, a grove as a garden... The only drawback from the dog's point of view was the steep stairs to the upper floor, where the sleeping cabins are. He had a lot of nature around him. In short, two adults, two children and one dog were absolutely thrilled.

There's nothing to complain about. The place is in a village, but quiet and private everywhere. The amenities are also for the demanding. A big plus is the shower and toilet for each room. Amazing grill and backyard seating. There are plenty of hiking and sightseeing spots in the area. The housewife is a nice person. Highly recommend even to the demanding ones.

Honza was a wonderful host who was always available and prepared his accommodation for the guests superbly. The cottage and the property are fantastically located on a hill with beautiful views. There is everything you need for a little seclusion and tranquility surrounded by nature. We will be happy to come back!

A really beautiful place to stay in a picturesque setting. Tastefully furnished interior, well-equipped kitchen. We used the possibility of grilling on the fire pit in front of the cottage, which was great. The terrace has a magical view of the surrounding nature, as well as from the bedroom window. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the boat much, as there was less water in the pond. Lots of beautiful places for walks and trips nearby. The only thing that disturbed our stay was the ongoing renovation of the next cottage (the noise from the grinder was quite unpleasant and spoiled the peace on the deck), which, of course, the owners can't control. It is therefore necessary to take into account that the cottage is not secluded, but there are several other cottages in close proximity, which may affect the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place!

I was absolutely captivated by this place. The apartment is a cozy retreat amidst the woods that will offer a feeling of home. The interior amenities are new, clean, the kitchen has everything you need. One would say sitting on the deck overlooking the valley is a highlight of the place, but what about the view of the sunset from the other side of the hill or the sunrise just behind the apartment? I definitely recommend it not only to romantics, but also to avid tourists who don't mind climbing hills :)

We stayed with 3 children and 2 dogs in the accommodation and this at minus degrees and the old quaint house was wonderful. The house was very well heated. A journey back in time! We enjoyed chopping wood. The place is wonderful. The restaurant across the street is particularly recommended. Liberec nearby and at the same time nature in front of the door. The owner is very helpful and available at any time!

Great Hut for a bigger group with. We stayed as a group of 6 kids (7-12) and three adults, we would defo come again. Keep in mind: You need to carry everything a steep, rock path, don't take extras. Also it's more camping than hotel. The toilet is a bit special, a proper composting toilet would be a huge step up. The forrest, with ruin, cave, waterfall and television tower in walk-in distance while being completely private is a treat.
