The cottage was an absolute godsend! Lovingly and tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable in a luxurious way. Apart from the accurate descriptions, the accurate cleanliness and the impeccable communication with Jan, there was also the one or the other highlight: beautiful hikes with spectacular panoramas almost at the front door, a bathtub, a grove as a garden... The only drawback from the dog's point of view was the steep stairs to the upper floor, where the sleeping cabins are. He had a lot of nature around him. In short, two adults, two children and one dog were absolutely thrilled.

Perfect cabin stay, very atmospheric - better than on the pictures. Lots of space, well equipped.

Great house if you are there for bouldering - you can walk to the area! The living room could be a little more cozy (e.g. through more indirect light), otherwise everything is great!

Our stay with Karolina was fantastic! The cottage is beautiful, just as pictured, and decorated with great love to detail. It’s super cozy, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. The garden is idyllic and you can watch birds and the starry sky is simply dreamy. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers, with many great hiking trails and viewpoints. Karolina was always immediately available to answer our questions and kindly helped us with everything. Thanks for everything! We definitely want to come back again and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Absolute dream to escape from civilization. I hiked to the cabin from Usti nad Labem, was easy to find and reach. Highlight is the pavilion, it is like living room. Always happy to come back, Honza is great.

A really beautiful place to stay in a picturesque setting. Tastefully furnished interior, well-equipped kitchen. We used the possibility of grilling on the fire pit in front of the cottage, which was great. The terrace has a magical view of the surrounding nature, as well as from the bedroom window. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the boat much, as there was less water in the pond. Lots of beautiful places for walks and trips nearby. The only thing that disturbed our stay was the ongoing renovation of the next cottage (the noise from the grinder was quite unpleasant and spoiled the peace on the deck), which, of course, the owners can't control. It is therefore necessary to take into account that the cottage is not secluded, but there are several other cottages in close proximity, which may affect the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place!

I spent a few days over New Year's Eve with my best friend in David's house. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be! The communication was also great, we also liked that the check-in/out were contactless. We'll be happy to come back!

Poor signal coverage and unstable wifi. The place was fine otherwise. I recommend.
