Everything was spotless. The sheets and towels smelled delicious and the bed was very comfortable. The house had everything you could need. Both the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The refrigerator had a lot of water, very kind thought on their part. The host was informative about the location of the house, polite and very discreet. While she was staying next to us there was full privacy. We rested and were very happy.

Highly recommend staying at Jana’s place! It was spotless on arrival & she kindly offered linen change during our weeks stay. The location is so close to a few gorgeous beaches & swim spots (bring water shoes as stoney). The private parking at the flat was a great attraction for us when renting a car - just good to be aware the road leading to the flat from town centre is narrow with lots of pedestrians and parking is up a steep incline. Kassiopi is a lovely harbour town kitted well for tourists needs and Jana was more than happy to recommend her favourite local restaurants which all lived up to expectations! You can rent a small powerboat for a day on the water from a local business which is a lovely addition to a holiday. The stunning view of the harbour & Albanian mountains was our favourite part of the flat and makes this rental worth every penny!

Dear Sissy and Thomas, We can't thankyou enough for your hospitality, the conversations, the tips, the amazing cooking skills, the details in 'Il Giardino', everything was amazing! Definitely the best hosts we have ever had and the most amazing place to stay in when you're in Kefalonia. For everyone who is considering Il Giardino, don't think, book! You won't regret a minute! The garden and view on the ocean is amazing! The place is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need and if not Sissy is there to provide it. You don't have any importunity from the airport. The drive to Argostoli is about 10minutes. You do definitely need a rental car if you want to explore Kefalonia and feel free.

We loved the big garden. Lots of space with always a choice of sun or shade. The section of beach at the end if the garden was quiet with no rows of umbrellas. It was great for swimming. We loved Petra's taverna, just 10 mins walk along the beach. Sunsets were spectacular. Jude recommended places to go, and importantly places to avoid. She phoned and booked a couple of things for us. She struck just the right balance of being available and helpful whilst never being intrusive. This is a perfect location. Really quiet with no noisy hotels or bars. It was also well located to visit other places across the North of the island. Lying in bed at night listening to the cicadas and the sea was really special.

We booked this place up on the same day as we were unexpectedly leaving Loutraki. We were amazed athe the cleanliness and location of this accommodation. Angelika and Kostantinos are truly wonderful hosts and did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. They really could not have been more helpful. They recommended restaurants and Kostantinos walked us to quiet beaches! Angelika and Kostantinos also provided us with home grown pomegranites which were delicious. The property itself was immaculately clean and it was just what we required. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.

Extremely well-kept house, complete with everything you need. We found washing machine and dishwasher detergent. Tablecloths, dish towels, sponges etc. etc. Shower products (bath foam and shampoo). Beautiful garden with children's play area. And finally a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunset.
