Better even than the photos, exceptional use of space and standout stocked kitchen made it comfortable and delightful beyond, local touches and incredibly thoughtful hosts from the greeting to the check ins throughout the stay, unbeatable location, cush outdoor space, and so much else. I simply can’t wait to come back!!

Everything was great. Mrs. Konstantina was very friendly with us and very communicative. The space is great for the porch there are no words that are great. The center 5 minutes away on foot. Whenever we come back to you we will come directly without a second thought thanks for everything.

We stayed in a really nice place, lovely location with stunning views. Clean and tidy place with all comfort felt like home! Harry is a very helpful person attentive to every customer request! An access from a staircase leads to a private beach, so you can swim easily and without having to take the car. Grocery store nearby and want free beach with sun loungers given along with an umbrella. We stayed a week, great location for visiting the nearby archaeological sites, Mycenae Olympia. In short, 10 and praise for everyone! Thank you Harry for a great vacation! Highly recommended!

The space was beautiful. There was an excellent view from both balconies but especially from the bedroom balcony, the view was something else. The amenities were satisfactory and Mr. Elias was very kind.

The property was as expected. The location is very convenient for the most important parts of the island. Memi was very helpful, friendly and available for any information we needed.

Very good location, 25 min walk to water and 5 minute walk to town center. Luxurious and spacious, with everything you could ask for!

It was all great and better than we expected. There was very beautiful decor with attention to every detail. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, welcome basket, 2 smart remote, cozy living room with high performance fireplace, good soundproofing space. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay in Spetses anymore than we did staying with Irene. She gave us a wonderful welcome at the harbour when we arrived and immediately made us feel welcome and at home on the island. The apartment and its surroundings are beautiful and perfectly located for walks around the stunning old harbour and the great bars and restaurants in town. After 4 nights we felt we’d barely scratched the surface, Irene’s recommendations were always perfect for what we were looking for and she was at hand if we needed to check anything with her. She is a kind and generous host and made sure we enjoyed our stay! We hope to come back soon

In Robert's large, very clean blue house we felt very comfortable throughout. The house is functionally furnished and has large balconies from which you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. With the rental car you can take many beautiful tours from here. Nearby is a tavern where large, tasty portions are offered at reasonable prices. Robert is a likeable, friendly and helpful host who is an open, interesting conversationalist but still reserved. The blue house is highly recommended. We'll be back on our next visit to the island of Zakynthos.

Lovely location with a beautiful view, really nice villa, modern with a well stocked kitchen. They left a nice gift of local food and refreshments in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

Our stay in Kastraki was wonderful. The house even though it is centrally located, it was also very quiet. Spacious and spotless, perfect for family. The owners were great, courteous, and provided us with all the information about the area. We'd love to stay in the same home again when we visit the area again. Thank you so much for the stay!

Gerasimos is the epitome of Greek hospitality! The country is beautiful, Kefalonia is breathtaking, I loved Argostoli, but it's people like Gerasimos that make me want to come back to Greece again and again! Warm, friendly, attentive, he will help you with anything and everything - don't hesitate to reach out. He found me an automatic car at the last moment, and one way, I left it at the opposite side of the island, no less! Thank you so much, Gerasimos, I will stay with you again, and I hope, soon. And yes, the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything your need - coffee, cream, biscuits to start your day, oil and vinegar, towels, everything is super clean. Don't hesitate to book this place! What an amazing start to a vacation it has been for me :)

The hosts were very polite and nice. They answered very quickly for every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nespresso coffee machine & coffee capsules, milk frothers make delicious coffee. Very comfortable with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Parking on the street was very easy. The city center is easily reached on foot. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great accommodation! The apartament is very roomy with 3 large bedroom, plenty of storage space and a nice and large living room with dining and reading areas. All beds are comfy and the apartment’s design is modern with much light during the day. The balconies are large and perfect to have breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and modern and the kitchen is equipped to cook a quick meal. The building is quiet with just 2 apartments on each floor. The biggest feature for us was the parking area. There are 2 private parking spots, one shaded and one outside. The host nice and helpful and we will definitely be back in Volos! Thanks, Chris!

I would recommend staying here if you are renting a car anyway and want to be a bit further from the city. The communication with the owner was great and fast. Our router did not work for us the first day of the vacation, but it was quickly fixed by the owner. There are three air-conditioning units, which was lovely. The apartment had: a roomy shower, two balconies (so you can always choose between sun and shade), and the extra outside blinds that could keep out all light at night. We had a car (rented from Enterprise) to go everywhere on the island, which we were very happy about. One of our group members luckily was very comfortable driving in Greece (hills and small, two-way streets). Buses are often delayed, so you would be waiting in the burning sun without cover for the bus if you do not have a car. Taxies are also pretty expensive (25 euro from old town to the apartment). The only negative about the flat is that the pullout couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.

Great place, even when it rained I was fine just sitting on the couch watching the view and the ocean. There's a nice path and the views are beautiful.
