We had a great stay at Evans apartment. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Evan was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. Highly recommended!

Theodora & Dimitri are a great genuine couple. Typical Greek hospitality. By the time I left (I stayed a month), it felt like we were related. Will keep in touch for sure. Their place is beautiful & perfectly located. I can't recommend their place enough. just perfect. Thanks guys, hopefully see u again before I leave Greece❤️

We hadden een geweldige tijd in dit verblijf. Kostas is heel vriendelijk. Het is een eenvoudig verblijf maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles was proper. het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het terras is ideaal, je kan gemakkelijk van het strand naar je huisje. De buitendouche is heel fijn. Kort bij ligt op het strand een beachclub, er is wat muziek maar niet storend. Vlakbij is een winkeltje, veel eetgelegenheden, een lekkere bakker en mooie winkeltjes. Wij hebben vaak eten afgehaald en op het terras opgegeten. 's avonds keken we op het strand naar de vallende sterren. Het is niet heel groot, wij waren met 5. De slaapkamers zijn goed. Er is geen airco in de kinderkamer, wel een ventilator. de grote slaapkamer is ook de inkom van de straatkant. Als er nog gasten verblijven heb je wel last van lawaai in de inkomhal. wij werden soms wakker van het gezin dat boven ons verbleef met kleine kinderen. De badkamer is heel klein. De stoelen mogen vernieuwd worden. Prachtige locatie. TOP!

Ioannis was an excellent host. He was very communicative since booking, he waited for us to arrive, took us to the apartment, he answered immediately to whatever we wanted to ask, and he was very flexible with his dates and times. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο οικοδεσπότης διαθέσιμος όποτε και αν τον χρειαστήκαμε! Θα πρότεινα να τοποθετηθούν κουρτίνες στα υπνοδωμάτια για περισσότερη ιδιωτικότητα. Το μόνο «πρόβλημα» ήταν ότι δεν χαρήκαμε αρκετά τον χώρο μιας και ήμασταν όλη μέρα στην καταπληκτική θάλασσα της περιοχής!

Notre hôte était très réactif pour répondre à toutes 'ed questions et très gentil. Le lieu correspondait à la description. Les pièces étaient spacieuses. Le balcon est un peu bruyant à cause de la route à grande circulation qui est très proche. Nous aurions apprécié que le cafetière soit remplacée et qu'il y ait des couverts en nombre suffisant pour la fin de notre séjour. Il manquait peut être des informations sur l'emplacement des plages, des lieux proches à visiter ou excursions à faire. Le wifi fonctionnait très bien, le place de parking est un vrai plus. Merci à nos hôtes. Nous conseillons leur logement car les petits points négatifs seront rapidement rectifiés.

Linda is a perfect Host and Casa Kefy a beautiful Hidden gem on Kefalonia. I stayed for a whole month and easily i would stay there even longer. All great especially the pool with the beautiful view on the mountain aions. Many beautiful beaches are close when you rent a car, approx 15 minutes and you are happy, for instance Beach Makris Gialos.

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι ήταν φοβερή.Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο με όλες τις ανέσεις και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο.Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική αφού είναι δίπλα στα Καλάβρυτα.Για την κ Άννα δεν έχουμε λόγια, πολύ εξυπηρετική και ήταν διαθέσιμη όποτε τη χρειαστήκαμε.Σπανίζουν τέτοιοι οικοδεσπότες. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα θα σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά σίγουρα.

Μείναμε στο σπίτι εγώ και άλλοι 5 φίλοι μου. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και όμορφο και ο Κώστας μένει δίπλα και ήταν εκεί οπότε τον χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι είναι 5 λεπτά από την πόλη με το αμάξι και αρκετά κοντά στη παραλία. Έχει πολύ ησυχία και το μόνο που ακούς ειναι την φύση γύρω σού!

Staying at Villa Athos was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. We loved the heated indoor swimming pool we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Antonella went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access marina gouvia .Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Villa Athos!! It was amazing experience Can’t wait to return!

The host is very kind, helpful, flexible and communicative, he gave us lot of useful advice. The accomodation is very clean, the villa, the bathroom and the kitchen very good-equipped, we had everything. The area is very calm and charming, you can sea and hear the sea, the sunset over the sea. The terrace is spacious and pleasant. Restaurants, cities and beaches can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car We had a great time here.

Ξεκινώντας, το σπιτι είναι παρα πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, ζεστό, ευηλιο ανταποκρινόμενο πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας. Εξοπλισμένο μέχρι και στην τελευταία λεπτομέρεια, έκανε την καθημερινότητα μας πολύ ευχάριστη! Μπορεί με μεγάλη ευκολία να φιλοξενήσει έξι άτομα. Η φιλοξενία του Κωνσταντίνου αυθεντικά ζεστή, μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πολύ άνετα.

We loved the house, very clean and beautiful! The garden is also very beautiful and Katia prepared for us everything we needed! She was very helpful and kind. We can't wait to come back! Everything was amazing!

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, minimal και καθαρό σπίτι, σε ένα ήσυχο και γραφικό χωριό με παλιά αρχοντικά. Απέναντι ακριβώς υπάρχει φαρμακείο και παντοπωλείο, ενώ λειτουργεί στο χωριό πολύ καλό ψητοπωλείο με delivery. Το κέντρο της πόλης απέχει 15 λεπτά, και το νοσοκομείο μόλις 5. Εκτιμήσαμε δεόντως την αυτόματη μηχανή εσπρέσσο και το Netflix. Η Πόπη φανταστική οικοδέσποινα με πολύ φροντίδα για το σπίτι και τους επισκέπτες. Αν και ο λόγος της επίσκεψης μας ήταν το νοσοκομείο, ελπίζω στο μέλλον να έρθουμε και για διακοπές!

Great place, even when it rained I was fine just sitting on the couch watching the view and the ocean. There's a nice path and the views are beautiful.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο διαμέρισμα της Χριστίνας κατά τι ημέρες του Πάσχα. Από την πρώτη στιγμή, η επικοινωνία μαζί της ήταν εξαιρετική-πάντα ευγενική και πρόθυμη να απαντήσει σε κάθε μας μήνυμα. Όταν φθάσαμε, μας περίμενε μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη, πασχαλινά γλυκά, μια πολύ όμορφη και προσωπική πινελιά. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες-πανέμορφο, καθαρό, καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως λειτουργικό. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο των Τρικάλων -μπορείς να πας στην αγορά με τα πόδια, χωρίς να χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο. Επιπλέον, το ότι είχε και δικό του πάρκινγκ ήταν μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Η Χριστίνα είναι μια εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα και φιλόξενη. Το διαμέρισμα ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στην περιγραφή του και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφτεί τα Τρίκαλα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, man ist ganz schnell in den Einkaufsstraßen von Volos und hat eine große Auswahl von Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr interessant. Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Volos bei einer sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin.
