Το κατάλυμα είχε ότι χρειαζομασταν και η περιοχή ήταν πολύ βολική για την περιοχή που θέλαμε. Ο Βασίλειος μας υποδέχτηκε και φρόντισε κάθε λεπτομέρεια για τη διαμονή μας.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this rental house! The property exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The house was fully equipped, and nothing was missing. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. There’s a fantastic grocery store nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Additionally, there are several excellent restaurants just a five-minute drive away, serving delicious local cuisine and, of course, fresh seafood. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. Vielen Dank

We had a wonderful stay at Joulia's house. The hosts are kind, warm and friendly. We had an amazing time. The house is just near the center of velvento. We feel lucky to have experienced velvento and the surrounding area which is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended.

This beautiful haven in Chrysoupoli while hard to find at first was nothing short of spectacular! The hosts were very welcoming and the amenities were comfortable, clean with a magnificent view!

Πολύ φιλόξενο μέρος άνετο σπιτι για παρέα , όλα ήταν όμορφα και τακτοποιημένα δεν έλειπε τίποτα!!

Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ εξυπηρετική κ ευγενική μας έδωσε πληροφορίες για την περιοχή ,πολύ καθαρό το σπίτι το μόνο που χρειάζεται αλλαγή είναι κουζίνα κ περισσότερα σκεύη μαγειρικής.Ευκολη τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά σε παραλίες κ σούπερ μάρκετ.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Clean appartment, quiet place, near restorants, good party on the centrum on open space. Concerts, music, dance.....nice.

Hermoso departamento, amplio, con aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes que casi no fue necesario prender. Excelente vista al mar con sus atardeceres desde el balcón. Nikiti al estar a la izquierda de Sithonia tiene esa gran ventaja contra el lado que mira a Athos. Está algo retirado del centro que lo hace súper tranquilo, y en solo 5 min a pie se llega. La playa a 200mts es algo chica, pero a 500mts para el centro ya empiezan buenas y a 1,5kms son excelentes, con más espacio, arena blanca, y sin piedras para ingresar al mar. Excelente lugar para hacer base y salir a recorrer también otras playas de Sithonia, que me gustó más q Kassandra. Fava y Karydi a 15kms hermosísimas, por tener una beba de 5 meses me costo hacer otras pero entiendo que hay muchas más por visitar

The place is stunning! The apartment, the location! Right in the heart of Thessaloniki. Kostas is very friendly and always responsive. Thank you for this experience. Definitely recommend for an unforgettable stay in Thessaloniki.

A perfect place for swimming and easy living, our apartment was very cozy.

A very clean, comfortable and pleasant place. The host was very polite and caring. It was half an hour away from Thessaloniki Center, but very close to the Peraia area, which has beautiful beaches, restaurants and venues. I recommend it to those who like to have a holiday at home. My only criticism is that the beds are very noisy and old. It will be much better if it is renewed.

O casuta intima si foarte curata! Am avut o sedere minunata, catelul meu s-a bucurat de curtea mica si verde! Gazda a fost extrem de primitoare si am comunicat foarte usor!

Agréable logement avec une belle terrasse ombragée. Nous disposions d’un barbecue très fonctionnel que nous avons utilisé (excellente poissonnerie à l’entrée du village) Nous n’avions pas de voisins lors de notre séjour (un grand calme). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nôtre séjour et Porto Koufo Fabienne et Christophe

Zeer leuk ingericht huis, heel comfortabel, heel vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst. Wandelafstand van het centrum, met leuke restaurants, we hadden een perfect verblijf!

Мы отлично провели отпуск в гостях у Кристоса!Дом полностью соответствует описанию.В доме все есть для комфортного проживания и я думаю что если чего-то вам будет не хватать,то Кристос обязательно это вам найдет и предоставит.Большой двор с газоном, терраса у дома,зона барбекю - все это создаёт уютную атмосферу лета.Хочу выделить кровати.Они просто шикарные и очень удобные! Дополнительные подушки и пледы лежат в шкафу!Кондиционеры в обеих комнатах.Посуда вся есть, которая необходима для готовки.В доме есть место для парковки,прямо под навесом у дома,с возможностью помыть машину.Пляжи находятся рядом с домом , но они с камнями.Песчаные находятся в 10-30 минутах езды.Отдельно хочется написать про Кристоса.Очень радушный и приветливый хозяин.Встретил нас как старых друзей .Не смотря на языковой барьер,мы отлично понимали друг друга!Он дал нам отличные рекомендации, о том что где можно приобрести.Я с большим удовольствием рекомендую этого хозяина.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο και πραγματικά παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Μείναμε δύο εβδομάδες και πραγματικά δεν μας έλειψε κάτι. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ πιο ωραίο από όσο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και πιο μεγάλο. Το μόνο μείον είναι ότι τα γύρω χωριά δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα όμορφα ( ίσως φταίει ότι τα επισκεφτήκαμε καλοκαίρι), αλλά με κέντρο το σπίτι κάναμε πάρα πολλές εκδρομές στους γύρω νομούς χωρίς να είναι ιδιαίτερα κουραστικό γιατί οι δρόμοι είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και ευθείες.
