Waterfront vacation rentals in Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

A great place to crash for a night, right at the heart of Thessaloniki. It was perfectly placed. Very close to the sea line and Aristotulos square. It felt little cramped. As the name suggests, it was a cozy little box with all you need for a night s stay. Mind it, you wont be able to spend a lot of time indoors, with limited space to move around. But who needs to stay indoors when you are so close to such a happening place in town.

This place is absolutely perfect!!! The apartment is not big, but it has all the necessary stuff for a great holiday. The view from the lovely terrace is to die for!!! I think we spent more than half of our time sitting there and just enjoying the marvelous view to the sea and Mount Olympus. There are shops, restaurants and a playground just 2 minutes away on foot. The beach is basically right at your front door. A parking spot is just under the apartment. The host is also perfect! Absolutely meticulous in his instructions and super helpful all the time. We've been traveling the world but this place and this experience are definitely in my top 5! We hope we could return soon.

We were here for the second time – and it was just perfect for a little break again. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic – the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for this. Vassiliki is a wonderful host: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

The host was very accommodating! There was everything you could expect, including sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towels, as well as compliments from the host.

We had a great time in the apartment and it offered all we needed. Really enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while watching the sea on the balcony. And thank You Minos for the great communication and arranging our taxi transfer from and to the airport. :)

A place like a paradise, we felt like home! Panos was very friendly, always checked on us if we need anything. Definitely want to stay there again, it felt like our private and peaceful holiday home.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! very cozy house, the first line of the sea, which is very convenient. There are many shops and entertainment nearby. The sea is clean and the sand is neat and not dirty. The house has everything you need for rest and living. The owner is very nice

All in all, Vasilis' place is a heavenly place. The apartment is quietly located, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was the total adventure place for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thank you Vasilis, we will be back!

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

Great location and host. Property is in very good condition. Appartment just on the seafront. We were for the second time with Maria and everything went smoothly. One room with large bed and couch in the second room. Property has a good TV, Air Conditioner, Hot water, wifi (quite slow, but i believe its a problem with many places in Greece). Property is on the second floor with stairs access.

Angelos, place was the perfect location to explore Thessaloniki. His place was so much bigger than the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 5. Pack n Play setup for our toddler. We would stay here again! Thank you

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

Super nice apartment in front of the sea. Everything was great and they even left some cake for the breakfast.

It is a very comfortable apartment walking distance to the beach and walking to the restaurant area. The decor of the house is very nice.

The apartment is magnificent! Perhaps the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Extremely clean, tidy, cozy, stylish and beautiful, it smelled of cleanliness and freshness. Incredible view! It looks even better than the pictures. Vangelis is delicate, very kind and unobtrusive. Communication with him was easy and pleasant. We will definitely come back again! :)
