Cycladic house vacation rentals in Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace

The place is spot on, easy car access and not too far from the city centre if you know your way around, anyway we had a great time and Nik was an amazing host!

Our vacation at Paola's place was wonderful. We travel with a 3-year-old girl and it was also comfortable and easy for her. The historic house in the center of the village of Kaspakas is surrounded by the real life of the place: the square that is the meeting point for adults and children, a couple of bars, a very good tavern, fig trees, nature and sociable inhabitants. You leave your car in one of the parking lots outside the village and reach the house on foot in a few minutes. The village is made up of ups and downs, but everything is doable. We were greeted by the inhabitants in a friendly way and the girl soon made friends with the local children. The village area is surrounded by very typical nature. In a few minutes by car you can reach the sea with views of Mount Athos and fantastic sunsets. The house is very welcoming, stylish, and well-kept. You can feel the love that Paola puts into furnishing and caring for the house. The island is quiet and all to explore. Thanks!

Stella was a beautiful, kind easy going host ( especially when we thought we mislaid our keys!)who gave us good advice on restaurants and markets/amenities nearby! We loved the local market on Thursday which extended for a half mile along the pier. We appreciated the fact that the house was a little outside the busy town so v peaceful. We had a car and visited beaches such as Toroni, Sikia, Nikiti,Klimataria,Kalamitsi and of course Neos Marmaras.We loved to go swimming in the morning v near house for a quiet swim! Bliss! It’s called Peaceful Beach.Gorgeous bakery nearby and Brunch Brothers cafe for breakfast. Lots of supermarkets. Cool craft shops.Parthenonas village lovely to visit at sunset! Greece is just pure heaven.

Very good hosts and Mr. Ioannis and Mr. Christos made us feel like family helpful, they engaged in sending us places nice to visit to eat. The place is awesome clean with all the amenities,the pool great we had a great time inside the space as well as out of the end I highly recommend it. 5*

Our stay at Villa Tasos-Roula was truly a delightful experience! The villa itself is spacious, with well-maintained interiors that blend comfort and elegance. The outdoor space is a highlight, offering a beautiful garden area where we spent many relaxing afternoons. What really stood out was the hospitality. Kiriakos' parents were incredibly welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. Their local tips made our stay even more enjoyable, from recommending the best nearby restaurants to places that suited our interests. As a less positive aspect, is the lack of air conditioning (something specified in the description, so it was not a surprise). Its absence is felt in the upstairs bedrooms during the day. At night it was reasonable, especially using the fans provided by the host. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a period of relaxation in a quiet area and quite close to the sea. I would definitely stay here again!

A nice cozy apartment that has everything you need for a great sea break. There is an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is 5 min walk from the sea and 10 min walk from a restaurant that serves local cuisine. If you're with a car, it's a good starting point to explore the surroundings, most notably the city of Kavala that has a lot to offer. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

One of our best picks in Greece. Everything looked exactly like the photos. The house is in a quiet location, still 5min walking distance from the beach. There is a market and a few restaurants within a walking distance as well. But most of all we were impressed by the hosts' hospitality. They gave us extremely valuable tips, welcomed us with homemade cakes and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They just make you feel at home.
