Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον οικισμό του Όρμου Παναγίας , σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία της Τρανης Αμμουδας. Το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Όρμου Παναγίας απέχει μόλις 300 μέτρα και το παραδοσιακό χωριό Άγιος Νικόλαος 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια σαλοκουζινα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβατι.
