L'appartamento di Poulcheria è estremamente confortevole. E' in una zona molto bella, tranquilla e attrezzata, particolarmente adatta alle famiglie, ma da cui è possibile visitare luoghi splendidi nei dintorni. L'host è estremamente gentile e discreto. Di fronte a casa c'è un bel giardino e un posto auto riservato. La casa è ricca di tutte le dotazioni necessarie. E' un appartamento sicuramente da prendere in considerazione per chi vuole visitare la penisola Calcidica

Em primeiro lugar queria agradecer a Ioanna e o George pelas pessoas que são, pessoas 5 estrelas. Depois de cinco minutos a conversa com eles, a gente se sente como amigos de longa data. Sobre o apartamento, não há muito a dizer. Estava impecável limpo, cheiroso, equipado com tudo o que a gente precisa. Nos sentimos em casa. Parabéns a Ioanna pelo seu gosto de decoração. Quando voltar para salonica, de certeza que irei contactar o George de novo. (Não mudem nada, vocês são pessoas maravilhosas).

Η διαμονή μας ενθουσίασε, πολύ ομορφος χώρος , μοντέρνος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, μεγαλύτερο από κοντά , πολύ άνετο , καθαρό και με πολλές παροχές! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και καλή τοποθεσία!!

An amazing place! Our children loved it too. The sea is close by even with a very small child. The appartment was fully equipped with everything you can think of. Alexa was our dj for the whole week :) Thank you, Andreas. You were a great host!

Βρεθήκαμε στην Δράμα για βάφτιση και θέλαμε ένα κατάλυμα στο κέντρο και εύκολα προσβάσιμο!Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο, όλα περιποιημένα και φροντισμένα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, σε πολύ καλό σημείο, με πρόσβαση και με τα πόδια μέσα στην πόλη, διέθετε και θέσεις πάρκινγκ!Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα σε αντίστοιχη περίπτωση!Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την ιδιοκτήτρια!

Ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης με εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο μετρό που βρίσκεται δύο βήματα από την οικία. Πάρα πολύ εύκολο πάρκινγκ και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ αν χρειαστεί κάποιος. Επαγγελματική και άψογη συμπεριφορά από τον ιδιοκτήτη εύκολα συνεννοήσιμος και πάντα στη διάθεση σου.

Εξαιρετική θεα, άνετο διαμερίσμα, έξυπνα στημένο με τις αναγραφόμενες παροχες. Θα το επιλέξω ξανά σε μελλοντική επίσκεψη στην Θεσσαλονίκη.

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Tutto perfetto. La casa nuova grande e pulitissima. Ottima posizione a 1 minuti dal mare e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Si dorme bene e ci si rilassa nell’ampio giardino, con un utilissimo posto auto. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha permesso anche di posticipare il check out. Grazie ancora per la bellissima accoglienza.

Πολύ όμορφος, καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος χώρος. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, ήσυχη και με πολύ όμορφη θέα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάντα διαθέσιμος και μας εντυπωσίασε με το δώρο που μας έκανε την ημέρα της αναχώρησης, ήταν δώρο από καρδιάς και τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

excellent new apartments with beautiful, high-quality renovation. Very clean. We arrived at night, the owner was waiting for us, for which we were very grateful. Very nice area near the apartments. Close to the sea, there are even chairs for the beach. The only thing that upset me was the Internet speed - it is very slow, but this is a common problem in Greece.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. The cleanliness was impeccable. Host went above and beyond with their warm and amazing hospitality making it feel like a true home. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and closeness to the beach- couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Uzun yolculuğumuz sırasında bir akşamlık dinlenme yeri olarak tercih ettik. Ancak Sakis’in yeri bize daha fazlasını sundu. Sahil, zeytin ağaçları ve sessizlik gerçekten güzeldi. Biz 2 yaşındaki kızımla beraber dört kişiydik. Bu yüzden ev daha uzun bir tatil için biraz küçük olabilir ama daha az kişi için daha uzun süreli konaklamalar için gayet yeterli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sakis’e ilgisi ve misafirperverliği için teşekkürler.

Alles war absolut brillant!! Das Haus ist unglaublich schön, hat eine schöne Lage und alles, was du benötigst. Es ist alles picobello sauber im Haus. Bequemer und ein großes Bett. Gastgeben ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für einen großartigen Aufenthalt!! Bei nächster Gelegenheit auf jeden Fall nochmals. Sehr Sehr empfehlenswert g 朵

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! This place is very nice to relax and enjoy the beach. Makis nest is a couple steps from the beach (3min). the beach access is through his property. Highly recommend this place. The garden area is very beautiful and relaxing. The host was an amazing person, he is very attentive and helped us so much. Always available and willing to help us. There's a supermarket like 400m away. If you have a car, you can go to the best beaches in Vourvourou very easily. *YOU NEED A CAR, there's no public transportation in Vourvourou

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! Anastasia will do everything in her power to make sure everything is literally perfect. Thanks Anastasia!!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Christos und Elena. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und direkt in Strandnähe.

Vi är mycket nöjda med denna boende,jag rekommenderar varmt det. Mycket trevliga värdens Triantafyllia ,hjälpsamma människor. Vi kan tänka oss komma tillbaka

This 1 BR apartment is newly remodeled and a good size for a couple. Its located in a charming neighborhood in the old town with restaurants and cafes, a 10 minute walk to the Rotunda and 20 minutes to the White Tower. There is a dedicated, secured parking spot a block from the apartment. The host met us on check-in, showed us where the parking is located and helped with the luggage. We will definitely stay there again.

It was a lovely apartment with great amenities and very clean. Location was great as close to supermarket, coffee shops, bakery's and pharmacy. Katerina was a wonderful host as she was available for any questions about the apartment and things to do in the local area. Would highly recommend staying here.
