What a gem! It's perfect for a family of three, four or even five. We love music so didn't mind hearing it from the neighboring beach club/restaurant like some of the other past guests. It never bothered us. The indoor space has everything you need to dine and sleep in comfort, while the outdoor area is the true attraction. Seconds away from swimming, spacious garden for hanging out and plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely return if we visit the beautiful town of Chanioti in the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the beach house, literally five steps away from the beach, where we were greeted by Toroni the house cat and her kitten! The historical house was recently renovated so everything is brand new, the house is very roomy and cozy, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything we needed was there, even some breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge! The host Michaela is very friendly and answered our questions quickly, everything worked out well even though we had no chance to meet in person. For an off-season visit this place was a perfect quiet getaway.

George este un tip extrem de receptiv și implicat în tot ceea ce face. M-am simțit extrem de bine în locuința lui, drept dovadă am rezervat și pentru anul 2025.

Super ausgestattete Terrasse mit malerischen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Wenn man hier sitzt möchte man nicht mehr aufstehen. Das Türkis des Meeres spiegelt sich in der liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung und besonders auf der Terrasse wieder. Das ist Griechenland! Das Bad und die Küche sind klein aber man lebt ja auf der Terrasse. Etliche Tavernen in der näheren Umgebung laden zum Genießen ein. Paulina ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Für die karibisch anmutenden Traumstrände wurden Strandtücher und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch bei persönlichen Problemen war Paulina sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Paulina gefühlt und können das Apartement auch aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für das schöne Give-away.

Paulina ist eine der authentischsten Gastgeberinnen, die ich jemals hatte. Sie ist super freundlich und möchte, dass ihre Gäste eine wundervolle Zeit haben. Das Studio ist nicht groß, hat aber alles, was man benötigt, um eine tolle Zeit zu haben. Insbesondere der großzügige Balkon mit seiner Aussicht ist absolut phänomenal. Das Studio war sehr sauber. Paulina und ihr Mann sind wirklich großartige Gastgeber. Vielen Dank an der Stelle nochmal. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing place to stay, this is your place! I and my family were surprised at how beautiful everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and looked after. I could not find anything of fault . Perhaps the beach was not as sandy as it could have been. The water had loads of stones and we avoided it. But that did not take away from the serenity of the place.

We were 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids. We stayed for 5 nights. We were welcomed by George, Athanasios's sоn. He was friendly and supporting. The house was just as it was described and matches the pictures. For me was a little bit sterile, probably some inside decorations can make it even more comfortable. Thank you for the beach accessories and the anti-mosquito repellents. If we decide to visit Yerakini again, this will be the place we will stay.

Excellent location for town and beach. Studio was beautiful and spotless with pool and loungers a hop and a skip from front door. Lovely.

Amazing house - the location was absolutely perfect - close to the restaurants, but not exactly in the loud touristic street area. The beach is a stonethrow away, so we had the chance to go to the beach and then come back to the house's porch and chill there. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Any minor issues we had, Marina took care of immediately. She was a great host, we had a lovely time

Proprietarii au fost extrem de amabili și drăguți, asigurându-se că ne simțim bineveniți și confortabil pe toată durata sejurului nostru. Camera era dotată cu toate cele necesare și condițiile au fost foarte bune. Privelistea este absolut minunată, iar de pe terasă poți admira Muntele Athos în toată splendoarea sa. De asemenea, locația este foarte convenabilă, fiind aproape de cea mai frumoasă plajă de pe Thassos, Psili Ammos. Recomand cu mare căldură această cazare!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, with a great location – close to the town but still very private and peaceful. Communication with the host was easy, and check-in was hassle-free with a code. The room was cozy with a fantastic view, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing – pool, sun loungers, and a chill atmosphere. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation place! Very chill, boho style - just loved it! Everything was as described, even above expectations:) Afytos centre is 7-10 mins walk, quite conveniently.

L’‘Alloggio é in prima impressione spartano , ma si rivela molto confortevole e veramente comodo. Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione tranquilla e centrale rispetto a tutte le attività fattibili sull’isola. Christof si è rivelato una persona molto disponibile e presente all’occorrenza. Nel complesso la vacanza ci è piaciuta molto e lo consiglio molto.
